Crowded, but worked through the line pretty fast.
These people work there butts off. They were organized. Long lines and they stayed calm. Only improvement would be the person taking the orders in the line wear gloves. He was touching the tops of all cups.
Enjoyable beverage (albeit rather overpriced) conveniently located in the lobby of popular Westin hotel in Atlanta. Organized layout, and rather clean dining area. Easy to recommend if you're staying at this hotel.
I actually prefer this location over the one further down the street next to Ray's. The staff is very friendly and actually know my name and what I'm getting. Although at times the lines are long, I understand it is in a popular hotel, so if there are events happening, the place will be crowded. Des

The line was really long (corporate needs another Starbucks in that area) but the one larger staff lady was super nice and enjoyed her job.
Super friendly staff and very quick. Busy place but I only had to wait in line for a minute or two. Perfect misto!
Fine location, service is fine. However it closes far too early in the day, 1 or 2 pm usually.
Nice spot. Friendly staff. Just be aware that this location is INSIDE the Westin hotel. It isn't very clear from the Google Maps app.
