Genesis Bar And Grill

Hands-down the most pleasant experience I've ever had with a hotel in Atlanta. The staff was lovely and inviting. Food was great, and room was tidy. Yolanda ( may have butchered the spelling) was so kind and called me by name the whole time I was at the bar. Major props to her and Daisy for making me feel right at home when I'm out of state. Will definitely book here again.

The staff has been great! Especially Daisy! She has to be one of the most cheerful and relatable waitresses I’ve had on this particular trip. Very satisfied with her and the service! BUT I had to downgrade a star due to the food. This place definitely has a higher quality of microwaved food... but it’s microwaved. While that may work for some foods, it definitely doesn’t work for some of their menu options. I’m fairly certain my spaghetti was microwaved, and the vegetables and mashed potatoes I had the day prior. The taste says it all. So now I’m to ordering salads lol P.S. as much as I’m hating on microwaved foods, the microwaved apple pie was very good :)

This place was great. The first bite of that reuben sandwich and I was gone in tasteland of the delight. the place does needing updates in tile in the bathroom was ripped off, but it's very cozy inside.we had a missed mix up in flights and couldn't leave. We ended up having to eat there. We stayed the hotel that's right next to the restaurant.only option to eat dinner was to walk to the restaurant since we don't have a car. We were met with a nice southern welcome. Our waitress waited for us to order at theright time and give us what we needed.the presentation of the food could be a little better but the food was not changed in terms of taste. All utensils McQueen and tables clean floor with clean and the bar looked very nice Short story, if you are near the Atlantic airport and you need some food with excellent hospitality come to the Genesis grill & bar

Stopped at the country Inn over night stay. Looking for something for dinner. This place is attached to the hotel. When we first went in, we did not have much hope. The place was kinda run down. We were surprised. The food was really good. Above expectation. The drinks however was over priced. Very small glasses for the price.

I just want to say "thank you" to the front of house and kitchen staff at this establishment. I was so sick of my crappy options where I was staying near the airport, and after reading the reviews decided to try this place out. The place was clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff were friendly. I am allergic to shellfish but figured the burger was a safe bet. When I got back to my hotel I was pleased to see that my burger was actually cooked to perfection mid-rare as requested which was a pleasant surprise. If I end up staying near the airport again, I will definitely go back and try to the Korean dishes. Thanks again for the awesome burger, guys.
