Last night I had the chance to dine at Portico located in the Le Meridian Hotel. I went with my good friend, Milla. She is the food blogger of ‘Happily Eating.’ Although we branched outside of the Perimeter, the hotel is minutes from Downtown Atlanta. The hotel features 275 oversized guest rooms and suites. There is nothing I enjoy more than catching up with my friends, indulging in cocktails, and feasting on delightful cuisine.
Service was great and everything was delicious!
The food was very excellent. I enjoyed a variety of appetizers. The fresh fruit was also great. The service came with a smile which is always a plus. The waiter was very attentive. He had a sincere sense of urgency to ensure that the food was satisfying. I will keep returning. Alejandro is a great Chef who takes pride in his work. I truly liked his tacos. He is customer friendly. Alejandro takes feedback from everyone and is open to suggestions. This restaurant is hidden gem within Le Meridian.
We love this restaurant! We stayed at Le Meridien hotel for a month while our home was being repaired and ate at the restaurant many times. Lamb chops, steak, hamburger were all top quality. Salmon was superb. Soups homemade and delicious. We even come back now just to eat at Portico! Service was great. Beautiful ambience. I would give it 10 stars and we are foodies and know good quality. Chef is European and delivers fresh food and beautiful presentations. Try it!
Phyliss had an amazing customer service. Super friendly, fast, efficient. Stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and she was always ready with my routine order along with coffee. Made me feel like home.
We are Atlantans and stayed at the hotel while our home was being renovated. We loved Portico. We ate there several times. Food is top notch with very personal service. It is a well hidden treasure. We liked it so much, we decided to have my husband’s 50th birthday party there. Great food, great ambiance, with stellar service. We’re shocked by the negative reviews.
