I will always return to a business that cares about their customers and their experience. I am looking forward to my next visit and know that I will receive the same quality food that I am accustomed to from this location! Bad this time. I got a family meal with two proteins. I had to recook the grilled chicken when I got home (in fear of it not being cooked through). The chicken tenders were TINY (some were more like nuggets), tough, flavorless, and the portion size seemed to be almost half of what it normally is. Usually this is my favorite location. Someone new on the grill? Different manager?

Fresh2Order has a great healthy alternative selection that are really tasty and the portions are enough. Definitely a favorite healthy choice. The menu has various options and each meal has great taste and still a few to try. The service is always great and they offer so interesting side dishes and sauces. You can eat in or take-away. Each time we visited it hasn't been crowded. They are located inside Cumberland mall, but do have an entrance access from the outside.

Seriously the best part about this place besides the food is the consistency. I don't live in the area, so I could go years between visits and no matter what, the food, the service, the staff, the appearance of the place and the selection/ variety of dishes are all ALWAYS INCREDIBLE. Just think, I've been going here since way before the pandemic and despite everything most places have gone through (or not survived at all), this location has stayed just as wonderful if not better than I remember.

I love Fresh to Order, and this location especially. All of my experiences have been superb, with the exception of last night. I understand it was close to closing time and so the kitchen was getting ready to shut down, as I showed up at about 8:40pm to place a to-go order. I ordered an extra side of grilled veggies, which consisted of a slice of zucchini, a slice of red pepper, a small slice of mushroom, and corn on the cob. I can’t justify charging someone $4.50 for this. It’s not a huge deal but I would have preferred they just tell me they didn’t have anymore veggies or I would have even been okay with them saying they just straight up didn’t feel like making them. The rest of the meal was delicious though, so still 4 stars.
