This is the best pizza in the world. I'm a pizza snob and I love Varuni. Their drinks are superb, incredible service, fun atmosphere, and the best pie on the planet. Plus, the owner is an awesome person.
Easy 5 stars. The location, parking, ambiance, staff and pizza were all on point, even on a rainy Sunday night.
Part of the fun is also comparing it to other pizza restaurants - and not just the one you are thinking but Varasano's and DaVinci's as well.
The most authentic pizza with freshest local grown ingredients in Atlanta an service is awesome and owner is awesome an remembers faces and best of all they personally thank you for coming in to dine love it an recommend to everyone.
We learned about Varuni Napoli from a review show we enjoy watching, and decided we had to try it. It was a great decision. The feel of the restaurant, the amazing service we had, and the food was just wonderful. We took the recommendation of a really great waiter, in choosing which pizzas to try, as well as his dessert recommendation. I can now, firsthand, highly recommend the Nutella dessert. It is amazing, and plenty to be shared among a party of four. We will absolutely visit Varuni Napoli again, and we will tell friends about this fabulous restaurant!

I am Italian from NY and this is the best pizza I have had in Atlanta! The sauce actually had lots of flavor! Great atmosphere! Don't miss their house made chocolate liquor! I will be back for sure!

This is a full Naples experience. The food is crazy good. And the best part is the staff. They're cheerful, helpful and always around to make sure you have what you need. And while you can do takeout, just spend a few minutes to enjoy the ovens and the artistry. The pizza cooks in like 3 minutes. It's best enjoyed right away. We've never been disappointed here.

Awesome place for family and friends to spend time eating REAL Italian pizza and enjoy an evening together. People are nice. Service is cordial and quick and food is amazing .... fresh ingredients and super tasty.
With my mother being from Naples, Italy, this is the absolute closest thing to a true Italian pie that I have had in the US. Those 2 HUGE blue wood-burning pizza ovens are awesome! All the staff was very courteous and helpful! The owners should be proud of their staff and product they put on a plate! Forza Azzurri!
Great, truely authentic Italian pizza coming from two glorious wood burning ovens that take Center stage. Reminds us of Florence. Great wine and prosecco selection to boot.

A friend brought me to one of his faves, Varuni Napoli! This is an unpretentious spot with good pizza and wine, I had the Barbera which I feel like I don’t see in many wine lists. It felt great for a chill date night on the patio, but also great if going solo or with friends/fam. I liked how it felt when the garden lights came on as the sun went down, a little bit magical. The pizza was flavorful with a spicy kick. The Cannoli! OMG so decadent and delicious. It delivered. The staff was friendly and gave good service. I.will.be.back! Thank you!
Pizza we ordered was a vegetarian (customized) and it was "fantastic" and the eggplant Parmesan is a must try! It was the best eggplant Parm I've had in ATL...
Fantastic pizza. Order at the counter and can sit anywhere. Seats in the main room are noisy and seats at the bathroom level are quiet. The meatball appetizer looked good but we just got pizzas. The pizzas are a large size, but with the thin crust and great taste, we needed a whole pizza for two people.

For appetizers, we ordered the Caesar salad, mozzarella sticks, and eggplant Parmesan.
Caesar Salad (3/5): Not enough dressing in my opinion but still decent enough to eat!
Mozzarella sticks(5/5): they were fantastic! Must eat while they’re hot and fresh!
Eggplant Parmesan (4/5): It was nice! It was very mushy but that can be expected of cooked eggplant!
For pizzas, we had the Margherita and Bianca.
Margherita(3.5/5): Better of the two pizzas. Simple and good! I wish there was a little more cheese on it!
Bianca(3/5): it was alright. It was kind of on the bland side. Nothing to rave about!
Overall experience was pleasant. The ambience was nice and the food came out pretty fast!
An authentic pizza spot. I have over 130 pizzas reviewed in the last two years and the Bastardo is a top 5 pizza. If you see nduja on a pizza you get it.
Beer and alcohol served...plenty of parking on the side and back of building...they do have an outside seating area too...pizza and good deserts...
I had been wanting to try this place and it did not disappoint! Their pizzas are so tasty (although I will say they could make them a little bit crispier). You can tell they use fresh ingredients. Even the arugula salad we ordered was delicious. The outside patio is really pretty, and I loved all the little hanging lights. The tiramusi was also delicious. Finally some real pizza in Atlanta - grazie!
We stopped in on Saturday night for dinner; it was wonderful! The staff was friendly, and the service was extremely quick. The pizza was on the expensive side, but it was delicious. A pizza can feed 2 people.
The patio was the perfect spot to hang out and enjoy dinner, and they have heaters so that nobody gets cold. I can’t wait to come back.
You can tell the level of care and excitement the ownership and management have! The pride is well deserved as the pizza is the best I have tried in Atlanta yet! The place is much bigger than you think and the desserts are great!
From the road it's hard to tell, but there IS parking behind the place, the entrance is a bit of a narrow alley between two buildings. The pizza is very good. The atmosphere is trendy with a little bit of old world peppered in. The turn over is fast, the pizzas bake in minutes and will be in your belly just as quick so it's a good spot for a quicker meal though you'd be just as comfortable if you're not in any hurry. Great outdoor seating area.

Best pizza I’ve had in a while! Ive tried a few flavors and the Bianca is my favorite. Authentic Italian pizza with an extraordinary taste. I paid $22 for the pizza which is a little pricey for 1 person as they only do 1 sizes but for multiple people it’s not a bad value for the size. Must try, i will come again!
Exceptional authentic Italian pizza. The fresh basil, homemade sauce, and crisp fluffy crust make this pizza next level. The bastardo is my favorite. Got our pizzas fast after ordering! Fun dining atmosphere. Can’t wait to check out their outdoor patio area once it warms up outside.

The pizza tasted even better than it looked. The drinks were well made, and the restaurant vibe was put together well. One, I will be back to try some other pizza options, and two, I seriously recommend this spot. Well done, Varuni Napoli!
We haven’t been able to find a good authentic Italian pizza place with brick oven pizza and last night we found it at this place . Definitely I give it 5 stars if you are in the Atlanta area stop by this place and enjoy the brick oven pizza , deserts and appetizers!! You won’t regret it .
I love this pizza place cum Italian restaurant. Their pizza is awesome. It's been a go-to place for us, at least once a week, for a relaxing outdoor neighborhood meal on their shaded patio. After 2 years, we still love Varuni for their friendly atmosphere, amazing pizza, the addition of Italian sandwiches like the yummy Eggplant Parm, their fresh green salad options, and craft brews and Italian wine.
