Portofino - Atlanta - Photo album

Solid Italian offerings in a romantic and close setting. Staff are helpful snd pleasant. Great appetizers and decent enough mains. Not as many choices as one would expect. Sauces were a little heavy but light on spice. Not sure I will return.
Portofino is still hitting on all cylinders even after 20 years. Attentive wait staff without being overbearing. Dinner was wonderful. Well prepared with high quality ingredients.
Appetizers such as grilled octopus and the date and pecan salads were amazing, but the main entrees, the swordfish a.k.a the most popular dish at the restaurant, and another popular item per server, black spaghetti vongole were unfortunately way too salty to finish..
Really cute restaurant. They have patio steadying which is closed off with heaters now but it’s nice and spacious. We had excellent service and the food was very good!
From impeccable service, a well thought out menu, to delectable food, Portofino is a must when you are in Buckhead. My wife and I came to Portofino for my birthday. Our server, Amber, was truly amazing. She was attentive, well versed with the menu, made great recommendations, and made sure we left k
Great Italian food in a classically styled intimate setting. I had the Seared Scallops and a Black Manhattan to wash it down. Service was excellent and our waiter Alvin, was very attentive and knowledgeable. A plus for me is there was valet parking as parking anywhere around East Andrews is dauntin
Food was delicious, and atmosphere was even better. We dined outside and tried a few of the pastas and mussels. Our service was okay. We didn’t need too much so I assume we didn’t give our waiter much of a chance to be more accommodating. I wouldn’t say it’s overpriced, but could be better for the
Comfortable ambiance, the lemon cheesecake is awesome.. tiramisu is just ok
Went here for an anniversary. First, we got free prosecco, which is always a good start. The food was fantastic as well. This is one of the only places we've been to that has arancini (fried risotto balls), and it was great. The duck breast was also probably the best cooked duck breast we've had any
By far the best Frutti di Mare I've had in Atlanta. Black spaghetti Vongole was too salty though.
I love the endless complementary bread. The decor was charming and the food was enjoyable.
I came here for my birthday and it was amazing. Angelica was our server and she did an amazing job. The food was a 10 out of 10. Great atmosphere and wonderful customer service! Highly recommend dining here.
I don't normally write reviews, but in the case of this restaurant I have to make an exception. The service was exceptional, both in regards to timeliness and to their suggestions. The setting, too, is very pretty, especially on the patio. Sit there if you can. The food (we did apps, bread, and a ma
This place is amazing! Great food, good wine selection and great servers. Cheese and meat board was delicious. The wine 🍷 was tasty as well as the mixed drinks. Dessert was good. This place is a nice fancy place to change up what you eat.
Food is amazing , service is always perfect and the ambiance is the cherry on top. Took my team there and got every single appetizer on the menu. Each plate was more delicious than the last!!!
What a fantastic place! The front sun room was a lovely place to share a meal with my family. The staff is very knowledgeable about wine pairings, which helped us immensely. We shared all of the dishes that we ordered among the three of us because it was all so delicious. The kitchen clearly knows h
From the moment we walked in the door we had a spectacular experience. The bartender (forget his name) had excellent wine knowledge. The greeter was beyond awesome. Our server Heidi was phenomenal, she knew everything there was to know about the menu. Not to mention her service was quick and every
