I love the one in Alpharetta !!!!! I’m addicted and go way too much lol
UNFORTUNATELY this location isn’t the best . I ordered a chocolate , caramel , nuts apple and received no chocolate and it’s brown on the inside . My girlfriend didn’t notice the mistake until we got home which was sad . I’m not sure why they would sell an expensive rotten apple even after they cut it … they still sold it . Usually it’s wrapped and fresh . Today, not at all. I wish I can get a do-over :(

I stopped by today to get a gift for work. I knew what I wanted prior to walking in but I found the staff to be really friendly, helpful, and kind. You are greeted when you walk in, the staff helps you pick out items, and goes the extra mile to help out. I haven't tried any of the items, but I would go back again solely based on service. Thank you to the Kilwins staff that was there today, I had an excellent experience.

Perfect for a hot sunny day! My husband and I both decided to grab some ice cream and this place was a hit! They have many ice cream flavors to choose from. The reason as to why I put 4 stars in because it's very expensive and for the price we paid for I feel like there should have been more portion, but other than that this place was probably one of the best ice cream spots in the city, please go here!

Outstanding customer service! The owner Erica helped me with the menu. Because I did not know what I wanted. She is extremely knowledgeable with everything on the menu. The shake I ordered is so rich and delicious. I will recommend anyone to come here that’s looking for a nice, sweet treat at Atlantic station. Black owned and operated too!!!!!

The service was amazing! The staff is very professional and polite! The owner was even welcoming and polite! 🥰 The varieties in flavors were crazy and delicious!😋 I really enjoyed this treat so when I get back to Philly I’ll definitely visit that location as well!! 🍨

If you love sweet, this is a good spot to come to fulfill your desires. They have very good flavors of ice cream, fudge, and other goodies. Very good customer service. This is a must place to come with your family and friends.

Great customer service! The employee who assisted me recommended I mix the raspberry and lemon sorbetto, so I did. Great suggestion! It was a great treat for a hot summer day.

Had the butter pecan ice cream cone. Have a good amount so I asked for a cup. Very good and cute. Calmed my sweet tooth. I’m getting that wonderful fudge next time I visit ATL. Try them out!

It’s a must to try the New Orleans Praline ice cream! The ice cream attendants get a a A+, for customer service, store was clean & it smells so good in there! I will return!
