Review The Cheesecake Factory - Atlanta

My food was good, my husband wasn't crazy about his. The drinks were good. We had great service. The table for two is too small. Overall, we had a nice lunch.

Attended Cheesecake Factory Perimeter Mall for brunch. Via our 11:30 reservation that day. Had a very pleasant experience the food was delicious. We had several flavors of artisan breads to start, a few alcohol beverages, as well as their peach mango lemonade. We did not indulge in any appetizers as we were hungry and decided to go ahead and order. I had the cinnamon roll pancakes which was absolutely fantastic! Everything about it was so delicious and it melted in my mouth mouth watering. They have a special kind of syrup that accentuates the flavor for the pancake. I had the breakfast potatoes on the side. The other guests had a breakfast sandwich as well as French toast, breakfast potatoes and you could see all of the meals pictured they were absolutely delicious divine. We took a cheesecakes to go. We decided on the birthday cheesecake, the red velvet cheesecake, the raspberry white truffle cheesecake, The Salted Caramel cheesecake and the chocolate cheesecake. Yes we took all of those to go between the three of us and every single one of those cheesecakes for absolutely phenomenal in taste as always. The Ambiance of the restaurant was a little dim as always we could appreciate a little bit of soft music playing however there was not any, it was a somber feel being that it was a Sunday early afternoon brunch, there was not a lot of traffic flowing which was good. It made for prompt service we did not wait very long for our food it came out pretty quick after ordering. Our service was impeccable, our waitress was great we tipped her very well she did a wonderful job. She had long blonde dreads that were neatly curated into a fashionable bun on the top of her head and very very neat astronaut show any strangling pieces of hair hanging out with the could possibly end up in our food so we were happy about that. We were there for about a total of two and a half hours and this is all because of our food coming out so quick, great conversation placing multiple to go orders after we ate and it coming out pretty efficiently as well. Overall we were very satisfied. One of the to go meals that we place was the loaded Nachos Supreme to go. I will definitely revisit this establishment. Great experience as always.

I want to start off with, the food was great. Loved it. I also have fresh strawberry cheesecake that was great. Sat at the bar because i didn't want to sit at a tiny table. Ordered a peach belini and got a Georgia peach, but it was good. My server was ok. For the food, i would order there again.

This is a popular place in a busy area but the wait was still short for a Friday lunch. It’s not the cheapest place but most sit downs in this area are in the same price range. We had the Cajun jambalaya pasta and the carbonara. We topped it off with the lemon raspberry cheesecake. I forgot to take a picture before we devoured half of it. The portions were substantial. Our server was excellent. It’s one of those places where we will eat every once in awhile but certainly not everyday.

Lots of options on the menu. Ordered avocado tacos, they were plant based and delicious. House veggie burger and flat bread were delightful as well. Beautiful ambience and great service.

Went for dinner, portions are very large so it's better if you are sharing them. The Cuban sandwich was really good as well as the Red Velvet cheesecake. Service was a bit slow but the server was very kind

We went here as our date night and I must say from the time we came in until the time we left outstanding service was displayed. When we came in we were greeted and seated right away. Our waitress came over and took our drink orders within minutes. The food came out nice and hot and the celebration cheesecake is a must. Our waitress was on top of things! She made sure our drinks stayed refilled, plates off the table and followed up with the dessert menu right after dinner was finished! This location was very clean and organized. Thank you guys for a great date night

All of the food was very amazing. The avocado 🥑 egg rolls were delicious 😋 as always. On top of that, the fried zucchini and Korean Fried Cauliflower were delightful. The shrimp 🍤 pasta carbonara was so amazingly delicious, that I could even finish it at the restaurant. I had to take it home. And for the nightcap, I had the Very Cherry Chocolate Ghirardelli ™️ Cheesecake and my wife had the Oreo Cheesecake. Here's our photos from our lovely anniversary experience.

Our waiter was Anthony. He was so kind and attentive throughout our entire service. The food was amazing too. Everything was seasoned to perfection.

Server was super friendly but it just took way too long to get our food. We had to check on our server few times before we got our food. Server was apologized to us but it's not her fault. It was not like the restaurant was packed and busy. Food were same taste as any other cheesecake factory restaurant.

This was a quick trip, but the middle picture is the red velvet cake, and to the right, bottom lower, left, the lemon 🍋 lemon custard 🍮. Both were good. To me, the red velvet is the best of both worlds with cheesecake and red velvet mixed together. Both were good and moist.

I am very happy with the portion size of the food but wouldn't say the taste is great. Complementary buns offered when you enter are very delicious (it is unlimited, but wouldn't advise to take more as the portion sizes are big). The service is good and the staff is friendly. It was a good experience, I recommend visiting the place.

Aahhaa... This is the 🏭 for love, in love with food, desserts and drinks. I love the cheesecake here the most and me favorite is 🍓 cheesecake. It's 😋 delicious. Must visit this place in a week.

Had a slice of the original cheesecake for $7.00 & some change. Wasn't worth it, I always buy a small cheesecake for dessert for Thanksgiving & it's always good. I don't know what happened this time. The restaurant decor is wonderful, & the inside & perimeter of the restaurant are always impeccable. The location at Perimeter mall is great. Happened to be in the area so decided to get a slice to take home....very disappointing.

The menu here is huge!  It has good atmosphere and the drinks are great too.  I had the Jamaican Black Pepper Shrimp and got fries instead of rice.  It was pretty good, food is decent and it's a nice place to catch up with friends.  Good location too.

You can find this location of the Cheesecake Factory at 4400 Ashford Dunwoody Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30346 towards the northeastern corner of Perimeter Mall (far right when facing the main entrance from Ashford Dunwoody Rd). Parking is easiest from the lot to the right in front of Dillards department store and walking across, unless you want to pay the valet but you'll still end up walking a bit so I'd advise you to forego that inconvenience.

This is a nice place and has many things to offer. a bit on the expensive side though, but has variety of good dishes to offer which are not very common in other places. pizza doesn't seem to be expensive though, and is enough for two. spicy chicken meatballs is awesome. the original cheescake is heavenly!

The bar is the only thing I've had so far... This is the second time I've asked for Vodka, something strong, and tasteful and have gotten this ... Typhoon Punch... So good. Try it out!

With such a diverse menu, it's so hard to decide what to order. Seafood, steaks, chops, pizza, pasta, burgers, sandwiches and salads. So many options to satisfy even the pickiest eaters. Today's dinner included crispy crab wontons, cajun jambalaya pasta and a small sample of shrimp w/ angel hair. Everything was extremely flavorful and had the exact amount of spice I prefer! Of course you can't visit the Cheesecake Factory and not indulge in a slice or in my case get it to-go. Again with the options! Decided on the caramel pecan turtle and couldn't resist a taste of this perfection. Was truly some of the best food & dessert!

A 30 minute wait for a table but definitely worth it. A menu so elaborate makes it really hard to decide what to eat, however my eye went on the bang bang. Read the description in the attached menu and you will know why I chose it. Every bit of it was yum yum. Then came the time to have the dessert even though there was not much space in the stomach but being at the cheesecake factory and not eating desserts is a sin. Ordered one of their chocolate cheese and every bite of it was excellent. I will definitely come back here.

Before we went there, I thought that there are only cheesecakes or that kind of desserts, but of course it is not like that. The main dishes are so amazing and the sizes are so huge. Many people put their left foods into small boxes and bring them to their houses.

Where fo I even begin...The menu is just never ending...I mean it. We went to pickup a few cheese cakes n wer lost at the counter ...The cakes looked so awesome wanted to pick them all....must try the cheese cakes....highly recommended!!

Great food paired with horrible service. We stayed for almost 30 minutes without ever meeting our waitress, but the food was great once it came out. The manager was very helpful and endured the rest of our time we were served quickly

A longstanding restaurant on the Atlanta food scene is the Cheesecake Factory with its locations spread throughout Atlanta. This nationwide chain is renowned for its good food, great service and its long lines. Fortunately, Melanie and I made a preemptive strike just before 5pm on a steamy Saturday night and avoided any wait, which is virtually unheard of. We were however, seated right near the wait station which made foodie pictures awkward.<br/><br/>The inside of the restaurant is really very cool, decorated in a Mediterranean-like atmosphere. We must have come just at the right time, because there were few tables available.<br/><br/>We were pleased to find that they even had a separate menu, labeled “Skinnylicious”, that had a wide variety of meals under 590 calories. Melanie chose one of the salads and I chose the Spicy Chicken Tacos. We started out with Crab Cake Bites and they were OUT OF THIS WORLD. A few more and a small salad would have made a great meal on their own. We also tried the Fried Zucchini. The zucchini was prepared splendidly and we couldn’t finish the ample quantity served for fear of ruining our dinner.<br/><br/>The entreés did not disappoint either as Melanie could not finish her salad and she enjoyed both the ranch and bleu cheese dressings. I really liked the kick in the Spicy Chicken Tacos but I really didn’t care for tortilla shells that seemed greasy and not strong enough to hold the more than ample serving of chicken it contained.<br/><br/>No meal at The Cheesecake Factory, can be considered complete without cheesecake of course. The sheer variety will make one gasp and you’ll soon realize that many people are just thinking “I’ll have one of each”. Wouldn’t it be fun to just have a tasting bar for cheesecake? Well, the size of just ONE piece of cheesecake is astonishing. It’s really enough to share and still have some to take home for the next day or a delicious midnight snack.<br/><br/>If you’re headed to any of the five Atlanta Cheesecake Factory locations, especially on the weekend, arrive at some crazy non-normal-eating-time or be prepared to wait for 45 minutes MINIMUM. I really enjoyed the Cheesecake Factory my first visit. My favorite appetizer is the fried mac and cheese. The atmosphere is nice, the wait to get in is too long at times.<br/>July 3,2017 I dined here for lunch after a day of shopping. I ordered the fried Mac and cheese as an appetizer and for my entree the turkey club with fries. The Mac cheese was ok and the club was decent there was actually real sliced turkey, not deli turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, mayo on 3 pieces of toasted bread. The serving was enough for me to have left overs for the next day. The turkey was sliced nice and thick, the bacon was crispy and was still crispy the next day, when I ate my left overs. My mother had chicken tenders and fries, strawberry lemonade was our choice of beverage. The lemonade was VERY good. The total cost of our meal was $50.61. My rating is still a 3.5, I feel that it's pricey and you're paying for it being "the Cheesecake Factory", and the location.

Horrible Service. Walked in to pick up a carryout order and the servers were all standing around gossiping and my order (fries and cheesecake) was not ready after a 15 minute drive to the restaurant. Save yourself.

Crispy Chicken Costoletta. Excellent! Huge portion. I still like the Katsu better though.<br/><br/><br/>-----15 Oct, 2014-----<br/><br/>Chicken Katsu. Absolutely divine. One of the best meals I've had. Delish! My mouth starts to salivate just thinking about it. Big portion as well.

Great service. Dined at this location to "carb load" before the Susan G Komen 3-Day Breast Cancer walk last week. Lluvia could not have been a more superb waitress. She was attentive and knowledgeable. Great time!

I love this plavc. I come here all the time. Food is amazing, Portions are huge. Service is friendly. You will love it.

Yum. Had a gc. Wow so good. Soup of the day tortilla yummy. Artichoke grilled so tender. Server the best! Can't wait to come back!

No better than Applebee's. Haven't been to CF in years but I used to love it. I've been twice recently (different cities; both times someone else picked the restaurant). Both times the food was just blah and the portion size was small (half a turkey sandwich for $9.50????). Not awful but no better than Applebee's or other standard chain restaurants. I won't be going back.

I love the cheesecake factory but on that note I will continue to go to the one in buckhead. When we walked in the door the girls at the front desk were rude and not polite. When I asked were the restroom was one told me " where it says restroom" VERY RUDE. Food was great though and our server was nice... Forgot a few things but nice. The girls at the front really turned us off though. Won't be back to this location.

Sensible menu/food portion change. I never bothered dining there when I moved to Atlanta simply because of its reputation for huge portion of food. Used to wait for hours to get a seat at its place right at John Hancock tower in Chicago. The food quality is always good in my opinion though. Took my parents there for a casual afternoon snack/dissert one afternoon a couple of months ago. Ended up going back there for dinner. The changed menu (seems to be more fushion now) and reduced food portion made it appeal to me. Really like the Jambalaya.

I had the caramel chicken and loooved it. Very yummy. A friend had the bang bang shrimp and chicken and that was delish too! Price was good, only $12.95 for my dish and I had enough for dinner and lunch the next day! Although the calamari was not very good.... staff was frie dly patient and very helpful

Lotsa food quick. The best part was my wine - a Bordeaux. The 2nd best: the amount of food - it was ok pasta, but the quantity is really a focus here. Also, for folks trying to save a buck - they serve a good lunch menu until 5pm. Can't have the dessert but my friends say it's amazing - and huge portions of course.

Good service. Service was amazing...however the food was not. I guess I was expecting more wow factors on their dishes...the cocktails made up for it though.

Our Closest Cheesecake Factory is 40 min away, in Nashville, TN... So really enjoyed! Great service!

Why pay so much for food that is mediocre at best?. I hate this place. The menu is too large, I occasionally return, thinking I might find something I like, but I never do. The drinks are pricey, food mediocre for the price and the cheescake is decent. On my last visit, my waitress spilled a beer all over me and was unapologetic. I had to call over the manager and request they cover the cost of dry cleaning my dress. I will not be returning anytime soon

I loved it. The food was great a the service was amazing! We were seated quickly and everything came out in a timely manner. The only complaint I have is the food was a little over-priced otherwise it was wonderful

Always good service and good food<br/><br/><br/>-----19 Aug, 2009-----<br/><br/>I was just at Permeter mall Cheesecake restaurant, I had a pennebpaste dish on a special menu for $11.50, it had fresh mazarella, tomatoes, garlic and chicken over the pasta, it was excellent, I did have the potato soup first and I did not care for that, nut no restaurant can beat California Dreaming's potato soup...but the pasta dish was a 10

I absolutely love the food at The Cheesecake factory. It is one of the only chain restaurants that I get excited about going to over and over again. It is a restaurant I never get tired of. The dishes are put together with a lot of care. What I love most is the presentation that The Cheesecake Factory puts into all of their dishes. It isn’t just put onto the plate.
