Down-to-earth spot with top-notch breakfast. The chicken chorizo hash is fantastic!! The biscuit is very good. Highly recommend one of the hashes or the straight up egg biscuit. Great service all around, from the door greeter, gives you everyone you need to know and then the wait staff is fantastic. Fast service, great service, great attitude. You leave happy. Feels like a nice communal, local staple

This place is a comfortable vibe. From start to finish everyone you talk to at the restaurant is so pleasant. Joseph was our server (at the bar), he was extremely nice. My boyfriend ordered a traditional breakfast with a waffle. From his point of view the waffle was the fluffiest waffle ever. He kept reiterating how delicious it was couple with the chicken sausage. I ordered the fried green tomatoes. They were a 7 out of 10 but the cashew relish wasn’t bad. It was sweet and a tad spicy. I have no complaints. I also ordered shrimp and grits and when I tell you!!! Their grits are the best grits ever. I have no idea what method they used to make them but the grits could easily stand alone. Lastly, the homemade biscuit with apple butter was on point as well. I will be coming back and if u go as for Joseph from Louisiana

All I can say is that this place is a must. Never have I had such creamy grits in my life, besides homemade. 😋 The food was so flavorful, the service was excellent and overall a wonderful atmosphere 👌🏾

Short Review: Go here. Eat here. You will not regret it. Longer Review: You walk into a lively diner with… strong diner vibes. It is exactly what you would expect from a diner, but a more colorful and modern setting. The service is fast, efficient and friendly, and the food is absolutely amazing. In terms of breakfast places, this is going to be my #1 spot in Atlanta moving forward. I love it!

This place had all the feels. I love the hustle and bustle of a well oiled restaurant. So if you don’t like small spaces and waiting outside if there is a wait then it’s not a place for you. We sat at the bar. The servers were hilarious talking about the day to day. The service was fast. Food was scrumptious. I would definitely try it out.

This place was amazing. Wait, it was about 40 minutes, though, stood outside in line. Wait, it was worth it. It was a Saturday, gay pride week. Chicken and waffles were delicious, I've never had the two for breakfast before. My wife had biscuits and gravy, with grits, I tried, and I hate grits, but their grits were awesome, and I would eat again.

Super fun place with unique art, amazing food, and nice staff. I picked this place for our group for breakfast after reading some other reviews and wanted to pay it forward by adding my own. It was a short distance from the hotel where we are staying, was easy to find and has lot parking right behind the building. We were seated right away and the staff did a great job taking orders quickly, answering questions, and making suggestions when we asked. Would definitely go back again this trip if we have time and for sure next time we’re in town.

I can not praise this place enough. My favourite place to eat breakfast in ATL. The staff are really friendly, helpful and very good at what they do. The food is amazing, the menu choice is huge, and they are more than happy to tend to any dietary requests or concerns you may have. It can get very busy at times, so be aware of what time you arrive. It’s also great value for money.

LOVE the choice decorations for the spot!.I walked in around 8:30ish on a Monday holiday. It wasn't much of a Wait. Had the "hot bird" chicken and waffles. Golden crisp waffle, tender chicken strips.i normally rather chicken wings, bit no complaints on flavor and texture from me🙂👍🏽.Eggs were on point as well. Don't really like chicken and gravy, but it was pretty good as well.ordered cheese grits to go ,but honestly I'm full now😆-this gonna be great later.service was good from what I can see ,with the minimum workers they did have.very chill atmosphere.had a mimosa as well.wasnt too loud of a place, but wasn't coffee shop quite either.clean bathrooms.this is not too far from Piedmont park .great spot after a walk or run.check em out.everyone seem to love the Food as well,no complaints.

The diner was already bustling by the time I arrived relatively early in the morning, but I was luckily able to snag a spot at the counter. It made for some great people-watching as individual and small groups of diners cycled through. The staff were clearly busy with in-person and to-go orders, but it didn't take too long for them to get to me. I was quite excited to order the GA Peaches & Cream Waffle Breakfast, as it would give me a taste of the waffles as well as the famed Georgia peach in a traditional Southern breakfast. The waffle was certainly the highlight of the meal - crisp and topped with juicy peach slices, a swirl of cream, and powdered sugar. The assorted sides included grits, which were neutral and didn't blow my mind, potatoes, fried egg, a biscuit that was on the hard side, and cranberry sauce. Quite honestly, it was a ton of food - each plate was delivered one at a time, and they just kept on coming. If I were at home, I definitely would've taken portions home, but a waffle topped with cream seemed like it would quickly get soggy. The breakfast usually comes with 2 sausage patties, so I asked to sub those for the vegan patties (in which case I'd expect a small upcharge) or forgo the sausage patties entirely. They didn't have any of the vegan versions available but offered to sub with moon dusted potatoes instead, which I happily agreed to. The signature chicken sage sausage patties and the moon dusted potatoes are listed at the same price, so I expected it to be a free substitution (or to be notified that it'd be an upcharge), but much to my surprise, I was charged the full price for the breakfast as well as an order of the moon dusted potatoes on the side when the bill came. The lack of communication from the staff taking the order is the only reason why I'm rating this 4 stars instead of 5.

I really wished I can give this place 4.5 stars. I enjoyed everything really, but I wish the chicken tenders were a tad more salty. Customer service was excellent and friendly. Drinks were great. I would def come again to try more things on the menu.

This is my faithful Flying Biscuit Cafe location! Every time I come the food is delicious and the service is always very friendly and outstanding. Definitely going to be busy around breakfast time on the weekends, but the wait is 100% worth it!

The food was delicious but we did wait awhile for our food. The only food complaint I have is that the chicken was a bit chewy. But I had the beyond burger and it was fantastic! I would definitely recommend this restaurant!!!

Food was slightly above average, nothing particularly noteworthy, inventive, or a must try, just typical breakfast fare. We arrived at 1030 to a 15 minute wait (not unexpected and we were fine with that). They seemed understaffed, waiter was nice but nonexistent for the majority of the meal, my partner and I waited obscenely long for coffee to be served and then refilled. Kitchen runner dropped off our food as soon as it was ready (nice and hot) but didn’t deliver syrup, waiter never came by and the table behind us ordered and got their food before syrup was delivered to us, food was already cold at this point. Restaurant was hot, fans were running but their AC was not on; lots of flies/gnats in the building too. Minimal parking available, and they do add on an additional service charge for using cards over cash.
