Cozy and classy place to enjoy authentic French food! Our waiter, who has worked there for 15 years, helped us navigate the menu and specials. Offered his advice on a gorgeous Bordeaux. We will definitely be repeat offenders!

One of the best way to forget you are in Atlanta and dive into a the perfect French bistro atmosphere...from the typical French 2CV parked in front of the restaurant to a welcoming dinning room surrounded by unique art pieces, leading to the central bar where drinks, laughs, happy conversations and tasty appetizers mingle, you will be French for one day! Enjoy and Bon Appetit !

Great service and a real local gem. Food never disappoints. No crazy oversized portions, delicious French bistro inspired seasonal and local menu. Highly recommended.

Don’t think that Anis is just a neighborhood restaurant... this restaurant is one of the best in Atlanta. Great food, wine and ambiance.

Wonderful atmosphere! The food was plentiful and cooked to perfection! Great wine selected by our waiter. I had the seared tuna and my hubby had the filet! Best meal we have had in years!

Sweet and tucked cozily away in an Atlanta neighborhood, this delish little restaurant had nothing wrong with it...even the Hot-lanta night air was blown away by wonderfully placed fans! Great wine! Greater food! Greatest desserts! A must!

Please never change anything about Anis. From the crunchy old springs in the chairs to the cluster of random original and not original art on the walls and the closer you can put tables together the better! The atmosphere is a mix of old Italian family warmth and congeniality with a French flare. The wait staff is always professional and all about providing excellent service. The food is consistently good. It is obvious that the core of this business establishment is passionate about their restaurant. I have been enjoying my visits here for years and will continue to do so. Without a doubt as other swanky restaurants with their themes and cookie cutter predictable starkness come and go, Anis will be there. Anis is bar none my favorite sweet little food spot in this crazy fickle eclectic city of Atlanta.

The food and service is always FANTASTIC here. They were incredibly attentive and friendly despite how busy the restaurant was. Dali was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations from the menu...absolutely love this hidden gem!

Always been one of my favorites in Atlanta! Has a true bistro feel to it. Food never disappoints and I love that they have managed to hire and keep some great staff! Praying that they get to stay put in Buckhead - all this pointless overbuilding worries me that they could get pushed out so one more overpriced condo complex can be built...

Anis is wonderful. Food and service is always great, but that is just the start. Filled with character, devoted local ownership and committed to our community. Wine list is excellent.

By FAR my favorite spot in all of Atlanta. Our last experience the server came across as rude, but I believe he was just foreign. Food is undoubtedly my favorite around and the mussels are my 'go to'. We visit Anis every possible chance we get now living an hour away! Thanks

This place never lets us down. We've been coming here for many many years and it always delivers. My favorite is the muscles. They are cooked to perfection and the sauce is perfect for soaking up their delicious bread. The staff has always made me and my family feel welcome. The atmosphere is awesome as well we like to sit on the patio. Makes me feel like we are back in Paris.

Service is great and the atmosphere is nice. The food presentation is good, too! However, the food in the photo lacks flavor, and the tables are tiny.

It was amazing! I have missed French food since visiting Paris a few years ago and this hit the spot! Soooo delicious! I went for a girls' lunch and we had a blast! Service was a teensy slow, but it was slammed!! I got the Poulet Rôti and it was sooo good. Those potatoes. *chef's kiss* we also shared some desserts for the table (the dessert of the day was peach bourbon pecan bread pudding and so tasty), and we also got the gateau al chocolat. Super delicious. The birthday girl got a sample of the chocolate mousse, which I also tried and I would get that time!!! So amazingly delicious! Great place that I for sure want to return to.

Really enjoyed our dinner here. Fancy restaurant but with a cozy, more relaxing feel to it. For appetizers, I would highly recommend the escargot. The sauce was delicious, the escargot was perfectly cooked and I'd also recommend ordering their bread, even though it costs extra, because the sauce went very well with the bread. For entrees, the torteloni with beef was absolutely delicious and I would highly recommend. Only food I was slightly disappointed with was the duck confit. The dish just wasn't very interesting with an overly sweet sauce and the duck was slightly overcooked for my liking. However, everything else tastes great and there's also a very solid wine by the glass list with a lot more options than most restaurants. One thing to note however is if you are celebrating a birthday, as we were, they don't do anything special for the occasion.

Ladies weekend in Atlanta and decided to try Anis Cafe for dinner on a Saturday evening. We love to share plates, so that is what we did! The food was OK. We ordered the Mussels, the Escargot, the Calamari, the Trout, tomato soup, sampled the fries, and Bread Basket. The trout was excellent, paired well with the spinach and artichoke. The Calamari was disappointing, and the mussels didn't quite meet our expectations. We passed on the Wine Menu and ordered cocktails. The cocktails were also OK. I recommend to try this restaurant. There could be other dishes as excellent as the Trout.

Excellent food and a great, covered, open outdoor space for our dinner in early May for a pleasant outside temperature. We made this more of a family style meal by ordering several appetizers and entrees but sharing with all.

Idyllic French-style restaurant bistro with nice deco. Food is good - nothing special. Diversity is non-existent :-) won’t deduct a star for this but you should now if “vibe” is important to you We had overall still good time

Great dinner, wonderful waiter. I had the ribeye and truffle potatoes with asparagus. My bonus daughter had salmon with veggies. Delightful dessert assortment. Anis has good outside seating, nice cozy bar area.

Surely enjoyed my time dining here. Service was prompt and polite. Food was pretty good. We sat on the patio, very intimate and nice ambiance. Must try the dessert sampler, crème brûlée was delish!

The best lamb shops in town. Full stop ! :) We got a salad and dessert was amazing as well. We ended up booking this restaurant in the center of Buckhead away from all the traffic. Amazing service. We got Henry as our server who had a British accent adding to the European flair to a French restaurant. Valet : You can Venmo the valet so no cash is necessary. Parking : Street parking is free but I think employees take a major chunk of the parking.
