I found this gem after reading about them on Eater.
We started off with the arugula, fig & peach salad, squash blossom, and lemon-honey yogurt. Next were the tasty corn and scallion hushpuppies that we slathered with the smoked chili & lime aioli that was paired with the hushpuppies. Chef Steven is known as a rice whisperer, as I later discovered, so I feel fortunate that yesterday when dining during lunch, the shrimp and andouille gumbo with Carolina gold rice and grilled bread was on the menu. Finally, we dined on the most delicious and perfectly cooked quail with farro, fig, celery, cippolini and vidalia onion soubise. The only thing we didn’t try because by that point we were full was the homemade ice cream sandwich for dessert.
We paired our meal with the Criston "Mt. Jefferson" Pinot Noir from Willamette Valley in Oregon. Tasty!
Every dish was perfectly plated. The service was 5-star.

We had a fantastic time last night at Miller Union. Andy our server was on point with ever aspect and it was his first night. One of the best server experiences we have had in awhile. The food was incredible and we had half the menu. The manager/sommelier was such a delight. It is on the top of my list when I come back to Atlanta!
I've known about this place for years but had never made it a point to check it out. Well, I decided to go here for my birthday.
Everything we ordered was delicious. We each had a cocktail, both were very good. Then we started with the oysters. Took all of maybe 2 minutes for us to destroy those, lol. They were seasoned and cooked perfectly. My date had the pork loin and I had the duck. Both were fantastic. The veggies that came with both were perfectly matched. Of course, I had to have a birthday dessert. The spiced donuts were so good! All-in-all, I would definitely come back!!
Thanks for a perfect birthday dinner!
Miller Union Atlanta exceeded our expectations in every way! Our recent dinner for a party of six was an absolute delight from start to finish.
The ambiance at Miller Union is warm and inviting, with a rustic yet modern charm that instantly puts you at ease. We were seated promptly, and the staff greeted us with genuine smiles and a warm welcome. Their hospitality throughout the evening was impeccable.
Now, let's talk about the food. Wow! The culinary experience at Miller Union is nothing short of exceptional. From the first bite to the last, each dish was a symphony of flavors and textures. We tried a variety of items from the menu, and every single one was a culinary masterpiece. The attention to detail in the presentation was evident, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. The menu is creative and diverse, offering options for every palate.
The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the farm-to-table approach that Miller Union takes so seriously. Knowing that the ingredients are locally sourced and thoughtfully prepared made the experience even more enjoyable. The freshness and quality of the ingredients shone through in every bite.
The wine list was extensive, and our server provided excellent recommendations to complement our meal. The drinks were expertly crafted, and the wine pairing elevated our dining experience to another level.
What truly sets Miller Union apart, though, is the impeccable service. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, attentive to our needs, and had a genuine passion for the food. The pacing of the courses was perfect, allowing us to savor each dish without feeling rushed.
To top it all off, the dessert selection was divine. We couldn't resist indulging in a few sweet treats, and they were the perfect conclusion to an outstanding meal.
In summary, Miller Union Atlanta is a culinary gem that deserves every one of its five stars. From the warm ambiance to the outstanding food and top-notch service, it's a dining experience that we won't soon forget. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for an exceptional meal, do yourself a favor and make a reservation at Miller Union. You won't be disappointed!
4.5 star. Deducted 0.5 star for a bit salty on 2 proteins & 1 veggie (fried chicken, grilled quail, vegetables w/yellow sauce). The 2 appetizers of mezze platter & salad were great. That salad dressing of yogurt lemon vinaigrette was to die for. The humus dipping was delicious. Trout was cooked perfectly. Presentation was gorgeous. Service was top level. Glad we tried because of the Michelin review.
Celebrated my anniversary at Miller Union and the experience was worth while. The daily fish dish and flank steak dinner were prepared perfectly and the fall spice cake dessert was incredible. Highly recommend visiting this restaurant.
We had an awesome experience at Miller Union! The food was refreshing and delicious. The service was outstanding. Neal McCarthy even stopped by the table to talk to us after he overheard us talking about a soccer match! The whole experience was worth it and we’ll be back soon.
Good service, excellent food. Our server gave us some great wine recommendations. This place is definitely one of our staples.
My husband and I recently visited Miller Union for our anniversary. From start to finish our visit was exceptional!
Murphy, our server, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu items. She and the rest of the staff were very attentive.
A special thanks to Vince for helping make this a memorable anniversary.
I’m already looking forward to our next visit.
Terrific dining experience with family. Service is wonderful. The quail, charcuterie, and cheesecake is particularly good!!!
The food is good, the valet was a nice touch. The drinks they have on menu are pretty solid too.
I really shouldn’t give this place a 4 star rating, but the food didn’t taste the way I expected it to taste. It was good, don’t get me wrong, it was just too many things going on at once.
Corporate event hosted here for about 12 of us. Food is solid overall (appetizers could be better and so could the vegetarian options that weren’t great) and bar offered good options as well.
