Sonic Drive-in

They got the order wrong. The food was cold even though it was dinner time. The chicken was so hard we were unable to eat it. So after spending nearly $30 on my first order I was forced to have to order something else because it was unedible. That's what happens when teenagers are the only ones working and don't take the job serious.

Usually not too bad, but today not so much. Pulled into stall 2 (second on right side, already know 1st stall has been broken for a long time) and pressed the red button. Screen said button activated. Waited for several minutes and the screen eventually reset. Tried again, same thing. Moved to stall 5 and was finally able to place a small order. Waited... and waited...and waited (others are getting service) so I finally got out of the car and went to check. They found the order and brought it out. Cold burger, cold fries and a small fry is about 12 small fries. These are potatoes after all. This location was remodeled not that long ago but there are several broken order stations. I'll try again sometime, but this kind of thing won't keep my business (there are plenty of other choices in Athens).

Fries are old and cold!! Ordered supersonic dbl cheeseburger and no cheese!! and the popcorn chicken is hard as a rock and even tastes like it was cooked 4 hours ago!! We havnt eatin here in awhile because of this very reason but was willing to give it a try! Nope done!!!!!! But on a good note the guy that brought out our food was polite and courteous!!

This Sonic Burger is being ran by untrained teenagers, We ordered $26 in food and 3 drinks. Brandon L, our waiter couldnt bring the right food or drinks if his life depended on it we didn’t get our mustard dog or any of the right drinks. So after he made 3 more trips in and out bringing the wrong drinks over and over and over he forgot our mustard dog, So he got frustrated and brought us a dog with half a bottle of mustard on it. If I could of opened my door I would of brought all the cold dried up food and drinks back in for a refund. The drinks that he eventually got right had soda all over the sides, no napkins , my truck was a dang mess after I left this place. I was a regular there but no longer will I go through all that crazy again. Good luck with that place. New manager and trainers are needed there.

Night shift is awful. Pulled in and seen a carhop and verified they were open. Pulled into a space and figured out what we wanted, pressed the button and waited for over 25 mins. No one took our order, tried pressing the button a couple more time, tried flagging down the various carhops as other people pulled in and were able to order. We finally left after being blatantly ignored and unable to place an order. Would have been about a 70 dollar check for our family to eat. Sonics loss and Krystal's gain.
