The bar had an exceptionally welcoming atmosphere, and its stylish decor added a touch of sophistication. It's definitely my go-to spot! When it came to my drink, I ordered an Oregon-made whisky, and the Westward Single Malt Whiskey was my choice. It impressed me with its light, floral, and smooth characteristics. It paired delightfully with everything.

We LOOOOVE Blaylock! They have the BEST selection of whiskeys, the most delicious cocktails, and the most wonderful staff! Corey, Zach and Michelle are the dream team. We have been members since they first opened, and have always felt like one of the family. They are so welcoming, knowledgeable, and have great recommendations based on your taste preferences. No matter how busy they are, they never make you feel like they are too busy to make you feel special! Every time we are in town, we have to stop in and get a drink. You will not be disappointed!

Awesome whiskey bar! Selection was huge, with a bunch of rare and unique bottles. We ordered a tasting of the mucky muck 25; definitely worth it! There was a great variety of "new world" cocktails too, all well prepared. They also have lockers in case you want to bring in some of your own bottles. The ambiance is dark, with leather couches. Exactly what you would want when sipping these drinks!

Good bevs and good atmosphere! Bevs were thoughtful and unique. Highly recommend if visiting Astoria! We had the Old Fashioned and Peat’s Dragon.

We LOVE Blaylock’s! Michelle is an amazing bartender. Her service is incredible, she’s very creative, always has a smile on her face and works so smoothly when their busy.
We can’t wait to come back! The cocktails are incredible, they really know what their doing here.
Blaylock’s has an extensive list of whiskey and bourbon. They also have other cocktails for non whiskey fans.
They do have small snacks and some amazing desserts.
If you’re in town, don’t hesitate to stop by! You won’t regret it.

A great speakeasy style bar. Exceptional cocktails made with care and extra touch points that elevate the experience. Glass straws and steel pins replace plastic straws and bamboo picks. Dessert was wonderful as well.

We came in on a Sunday night, and the place was close to half full, with people seated outside as well, but only one bartender. That turned out to be a non-issue, as she (Michelle I believe is her name) was shockingly fast. There was no quality sacrifice from the speed required to keep up with the orders, so hats off to Michelle and all her hard work!
Many creative cocktails, and loads of Japanese whiskies, which you don't find at many of the other whiskey bars I've been to. No way to walk out of there having sampled everything I wanted to try (I wanted to function the next day), so we will need to come back!
The place had a really nice vibe; that speakeasy feel that another reviewer mentioned.
Seating is a bit limited, although there is outdoor seating. The busier times/days might make it hard to get the seating you want. I liked the size though. It seemed just right to me.

A lovely quiet little whiskey bar a few steps off the main drag of Astoria. Corey has done an awesome job with the place. The drinks are on the higher end but the quality is definitely worth it. With tons of varieties of cocktails made strong and aperitive I highly recommend.

We loved this place so much we went two nights in a row during our short visit to Astoria! Mixed drinks were delicious and they have a small snack menu! They are also one of the only places in the area open past 9pm during the winter months!

I'm not the whiskey dude but love this place! They have lots and lots of choices, mixes and even options for non-whiskey drinkers.
It's a nice romantic setting.
They also have several finger food options for with your drink (nuts; cheeses; sweets).
We will come here again to see if we can acquire a taste for whiskey or bourbon.

If you are looking for handcrafted cocktails or spirits, this is a great choice in Astoria. This place features an immense selection of all types of spirits - too many to count.
They also have food options such as charcuterie boards for snacking.
Very chill and low key atmosphere to enjoy your drink in.

I've been here once and nothing is like it. 2 years ago I had found whiskey and tried this place on a whim with my travels only to come and find later, with a more defined palette that this is a once in a lifetime place, at least in the west coast that is. Now I'm finally back and they are circumstantially temporarily closed. I'll be back, I'm sure.

As you can tell from other reviews this place is awesome. One of my favorite whiskey drinks is a an old fashion. For Some reason a lot of people mess this drink up even tho it’s so simple. This place does it right with tradition. They also have a modern twist to mix drinks with great mixologist that are phenomenal. My wife got a pineapple colada martini which was really good as well. The atmosphere is great, low key and chill vibes. My wife and I love going here with just us or some friends. Staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place if your visiting or live here and looking for a nice place to go out and have great drinks.

This place is always a priority stop for me when I'm in Astoria. I'd recommend getting there right when it opens since it's on the smaller side and seating fills up fast. All the drinks I've had have been superb and the snacks and boards are great too.
