The entity ahead of me in line had a couple ingredients listed for their beverage that they had run out of, so the entity in the food truck gave him his drink for free. (Both people were being honest and polite, & the customer still still tipped, so the sense of integrity wasn't being juiced out of the other. ;-) ) i gave the person in the truck an out of re-employing that apology by telling them what juice ingredients were important to me and letting them recommend an order, which is delicious, as is the random extra smoothie that they gave me so that it wouldn't go to waste. they seemed really relaxed, humble, and non-flaunty about the generousity. This hippie-hearted operation is legit! Visit them! You won't be sorry! :-) i'm so blessed, right now! :-) (P.S.~ i bet that if we send them lots of business it will somehow be easier for them to keep ingredients stocked, which they obviously care about doing!)
