Great service, very quick and patient. Lori was exceptional at keeping it casual while also keeping it a nice morning experience. Also their Friday deal (grande drink and pastry for 5$ exactly) was such a nice deal.
Great customer service and great staff! Visit on 10/28/2023 @ 2pm. The pumpkin spice cold foam chia tea iced with oatmilk was on point delicious.
The coffee was great as always my breakfast sandwich was hot and delicious thank you for a great staff service was ausome.

Who was working Friday Afternoon May 19th was smiling and funny, while absolutely slammed and working alone, she kept apologizing and making sure to notice and greet each new person who joined the long line ( there were 7 people in front of me when I joined the line) She was moving so fast and so efficiently, really the epitome of great attitude and best customer service practices, my drink was perfect too, management for this location needs to hire MORE People! Two per shift !

The girl who helped us today was by herself, she was so busy attending so many people and she made one of the best cappuccino I ever tried and always kind, efficient and smiley! She deserves a 10 in her performance
Customer service goes a long way, and this location inside Safeway in Astoria demonstrates it effectively, ordered three drinks to go while traveling, order taken with a smile, new employee in training made the drinks with two attentive trainers watching, asking questions and quizzing as the process progressed, gave us one white chocolate mocha unmixed, stated she was training and offered us stir sticks to remedy, drinks were delicious, made timely and served with a smile, 5 stars for effort, smiles and service!
They can make a mean peppermint mocha frap. I live their specialty drinks that they get in. They are pricey but so is buying a fancy drink at any other shop like this in town. I have been to more expensive coffee joints than this and their coffee had less kick. If you like super strong drinks add a shot or two.
there were helpful the guy came straight out with the other products told me that a lot of it was filler with powders and stuff like that it does that on to the carb level or sugars cuz I'm diabetic but the guy also told me how you can eliminate that by just cutting the powder out altogether and just keeping it sugar-free vanilla or whatever give the Starbucks a try it was really good close to Fred Meyers in a good experience
Starbucks on store at Safeway in Astoria. App worked fine despite us being from Uk. Decent coffee as always, ladies behind the till very pleasant.
