Review Dutch Bros Coffee - Astoria

I hate that I have to complain about this. About a couple months ago I informed one of the girls if they could let their manager know that I didn’t want a specific broista placing my order or serving me. I love the environment. I usually love the service and the girls. I cross the river and Dutch is the first stop. Today. I asked one simple thing and I asked if I could have one of the other girls take my order. She was unprofessional about the situation and didn’t listen. She was not nice at all. I know the girls there are determined to have speed, quality, and service. But with this one simple request I had and I wanted to avoid issues. She argued gave me attitude and instead I told her as a customer, customers have the right to avoid service. It didn’t need to become an argument. It ruined my day. And I needed to address this. Poor service on her behalf. Just overall the experience was immature. It didn’t need to escalate. A little disappointed. And I’m afraid as a costumer buying product I decided to just get a water instead of purchasing anything because the interaction was very unnecessary.

We actually ordered a hot coffee this time. The service was good, could have been better. Wasn't one of the chattier ones. The coffee in the mocha was a bit off and didn't taste fresh nor was it as strong as a coffee with an extra shot should be. We know you can do better Dutch! Still one of our favorite places to hit up.

Great consistently, I can't live without you guys. When I wasn't able to drop by for a week, I super missed you. I always go to the Gearhart and Astoria locations and I can always depend on my Americano with 4 oz's of almond milk and 1 oz of honey. The staff are always nice and chatty. Good vibes. Always wanted to visit Dutchbros after seeing them featured on Undercover Boss and being Dutch myself. The service was quick, and the employees very friendly and chatty. Prices were also lower than expected compared to competitors. Overall a pleasant experience and well worth it.

I personally do not care for dutch bros, the flavors are great, but the coffee is a bit strong on my stomach, so I perfer starbucks. But due to my wife and daughter loving this place , one of us is here daily. Staff is friendly, for the coast, I consider it the second best, sorry starbucks is better but that is the only one that beats you for many miles around.

The "kids" that are employed by this company are all top notch! I've not ever gotten a different drink that wasn't what I ordered

Love my local Dutch Bros and go there all the time. However, the area around the drive through is always littered with trash. It would be easy to just pick up before closing or opening.

Tried their season Caramel Pumpkin Brulee cold brew, just enough sweetness and bitterness from the cold brew. It's perfect.

I want some of whatever these happy people are taking! We stopped at at least 7 different Dutch Bros and everyone seems so happy to greet you, take your order, and provide you with the best coffee out there!!

Cannot say enough good things about the staff here. They have always gone above and beyond, sure it may be a weird location to get to and through but they are now part of a tradition and they are always so great! Can't wait to visit again the next time I'm out there.

My main complaint is the menu pricing is confusing and makes it difficult to see whichbpeices are for which drinks. However, I was getting a free drink for my birthday (huge plus!!!), so the pricing bothered my paying friend more than it did me. But, the staff was super nice and the coffee was decent.
