Had a great dinner and beer drinking experience. The seafood chowder is exceptional. The beers are even better. Had a flight and our server Cameron hooked us up with small samples of a couple of barrel aged beers. A visit here is a must for craft beer drinkers.

Visited yesterday and couldn't be more pleased! The only thing that was disappointing was once again I could not have the spruce beer - it's always sold out. Which ultimately, is a good thing! There was a little wait for a table but we just got a beer and went outside and enjoyed the sunshine. Food was delicious and the service was great! Noel was our server and she was super friendly. We will definitely go back. Thanks!

They have some excellent food to pick from at the bottom restaurant. However, if you are looking for their pizza, you will need to head upstairs. They keep these two places separated. We tried some fish and chips downstairs and then also got a pizza up stairs. Their hand tossed wood fires pizza was delicious and the fish and chips were not bad either. Definitely stop by here for a large selection of good beer and food.

Heading into the Christmas holiday and made a stop at one of our favorite breweries - Ft George of course! We hiked the Cathedral Tree Trail on the way to getting a bite was the plan and it worked! We had the taster of the week, plus a full pint. The taster tray was a mix of sour, ipa and stout. Liked the variety and an opportunity to taste a few of the newer brews. The sour was pretty good considering it is not my jam. 🤣. The IPAs were apparently good per my face and my husbands chuckle at it. The stout was a bit lit and dry for my taste but still decent. The humus platter has shrunk over the years as is to be expected with the increase in cost of operations. It was still plenty of tasty goodness! The Popeye was made with vegan cheese - yeah for breweries who customize food! It was huge and delicious! Unlike others they didn’t smoother the pie with cheese so the spinach and other goodies were still front and center in the flavor profile.

Visited Astoria today with the wife and our dog. Visited the Astoria Column just before noon and afterwards decided to head downtown for lunch. So, picked Fort George Brewery as it is dog friendly on the patios. The upstairs serves only pizza and the garden level has their standard pub menu. It was a simple order at the bar and get a number and they bring the food to you when it is ready. It was cold the day we visited but they had a fire going in a fire pit/box they had on the patio area. If you sat near it, you could get smoked out as the wind was kicking up from time to time. The food was good, I got a pepper burger and fries and my wife got a green salad with chicken. Both of us liked our food. She got a currant cider and thought it was excellent and I got a porter which was nice and light at 5% ABV. Great place and nice staff there.

Great food and great atmosphere! Dog friendly outside. Quick service. Efficient and delicious! Super good burger. Nothing all that different in this burger. But the individual elements (bun, cheese, bacon, beef) were all superb quality. Fries were seasoned well. Good beer. Diverse menu items. Seemed like a popular place in Astoria. For good reason. I look forward to going back.

This is an absolutely beautiful and amazing venue. Huge windows to look out over the Columbia River while you enjoy your delicious beer. I think they make some damn good pizza and it is certainly worth the drive.

I had to get the fish and chips because I've never had fried tuna. It was pretty good. A little dryer than the usual cod or halibut, but I love tuna so it wasn't bad to me. Loved the tarter sauce. We also got the poutine. The gravy was so delicious. I think I'd hold the mayo next time, but the rest of it was perfect.

We showed up at lunch on a Monday and it was slammed. None the less after a little wait to put in our order the food was out in no time flat. The burgers were so good they got eaten before photo evidence could be acquired 😊. There is outside and indoor seating. And if I heard right an upstairs bar area after 4. Also if sitting in the sun room or outside you have a lovely view of the backside of the amazing astor building.

Large outdoor patio that is dog friendly. Order inside and they will deliver to your table. Burgers were delivered and fries were crispy without being greasy. Yum! Topped it off with an Iredale.

I've been enjoying Fort George's brews for sometime now and I decided to take the 3 1/2 hour road trip and spend the night. I was overwhelmingly satisfied with the choices and more than happy to indulge! The service was awesome and it's always nice to have a craft brew conversation with knowledgeable beer drinking staff. My Wife and I sat upstairs and the atmosphere was great overlooking the night life in Astoria. Pizza was awesome although I'm not a big fan of the stone-fire style. It definitely went well with my Bonfire Nights! Great place to spend my birthday fasho! I will be back soon soon...
