George's Deli

This is an excellent NYC Deli bodega. I regularly get sandwiches from here late at night and they are consistently delicious. I knocked one star off because the rolls are sometimes stale which is an occasional disappointment. Other than that, always on point and a good selection of hot and cold food as well as the convenience off the shelf items you'd expect. Excellent instant noodles section! There's often a crowd in the early part of the late night as it's one of the few 24 options where so much is available. You can order ahead on doordash so your items and hot food are prepared and packaged for pickup ahead of time (ordering for pickup does not incur extra fees). Of course, delivery is an option too. You can also call directly and order with the restaurant without doordash (both pick up and delivery).

Our favorite deli in Astoria hands down. They are quick, kind, and hardworking people. Prices are really good and they don't skimp on the meat/eggs! My fiance typically gets a bacon egg and cheese on a roll and I get a sausage egg and cheese. They actually put enough sausage! If you are feeling particularly glutenous, they also have the option to put hash browns on your breakfast sammi (it's so good). They are always open, I have no idea when they sleep. Great spot, no complaints!

George's deli does amazing every single time. I have literally been ordering from this deli for 8 years and there has not been one time that I have been disappointed. I don't like the specific BLT they have on the menu and every single time I order it (without avocado, add cheese) they follow instructions. It seems like a small thing but it really is awesome and it keeps me coming back. thank you George's Deli!!!! ❤❤

George's is a community staple at all hours. Pretty much everything on their menu is great and at a great price. Some of the callouts are their egg sandwiches, deli heroes, burgers and the 114th BLT. Good selection of snacks and drinks for late night munchies. Basically one of those spots that has everything and everything is good. Especially the people. The few times they've made mistakes, they're always quick to correct with sincere apologies.
