Ever since they renovated this Dunkin, it’s been so much better from how they run things to getting my order on time and correct. The staff is very friendly. I live in between two Dunkin’s and I’d much rather go to this one. It’s reliable and you know you’ll actually get what you asked for.

I love this Dunkin. Don’t believe the haters with the negative reviews! All the staff are nice and they all move fast to get you in and out! The manager always has a smile when he is there and greets everyone. Sad they changed their hours to close early which will change my late night calories, but

The manager is so friendly and will always greet customers in the most friendly way. You don’t get this kind of service in other Dunkin’ Donuts. Definitely 5 stars

This Dunkin is not only convenient but also gets your orders done right. There could be an hiccup in an order some time or another but that's more of a rarity than commonality. Nevertheless great service and they've got my satisfaction.

A very nice place to get coffee, the only place near my house that I trust ! Such a great and a sweet customer service . Mirnal and sharmin always serve me with a smile , I’ve never witnessed any bad attitude .they also give me free donuts sometimes , it’s a pleasure I highly recommend this place :)

Been going here for the 2 years I've lived in Astoria, today would be my last visit as I'm moving. Always have had great service, and a positive attitude coming into the shop. Thank you guys and take care.
