Easily my favorite establishment in Astoria! Great food and drinks, and fair prices. Love the Mimosa+Coffee brunch special. Last night my husband and I stopped by, and were very satisfied with our sever (don't know her name, but I know she's Russian; we talked about Tolstoy) - she was efficient and charming! Overall a very good place.
It was such a nice experience for me, thanks to them. I got fried calamari and dip platter which includes babaganush, humus, and spinach and came with pita. The server was so helpful and friendly . Also I need to mention bartender who made wonderful mojito with fresh raspberry. Thank you so much:)
We went with a group of 11 for Sunday brunch (with a reservation). Service was understanding and kind, orders came out correctly. The food was fine and properly made. There was only one waitress, but she managed well. Nice, low-key environment.
Laid-back, very diverse waitstaff and owner. Good service. Only problem is that is difficult to find parking. Great mojitas. Food is good, too.
Very nice staff and food. However, at times i feel they are understaffed and the waitress does not check up on the table unless you call her.
If I want to get a mojito, I always go to Plaza lounge. They are of a pretty big size which is nice. However, they do not always taste well.
It's well renovated for its small size. I like it more on summer time since they have seatings outside.
It's a friendly atmosphere. Everyone is so nice. The food is great.
Local fave, good food & drinks. Seasonal outdoor seating. Fun, casual.
