I'm not a big fan of DD, but my wife loves their ice coffee. The Steinway street store is a bit on the small side, but efficiently run, So service is quick. Also nice is their senior discount is as good if not better than other DD's.

Consistent with other Dunkins, Ok service. Too much ice in their iced coffee as it's gone after a few slurps, leaving behind a big cup of ice cubes.
Donuts are tender and melt in your mouth.
