I asked for barbecue sauce initially and got only one. When I requested more, the server responded with, "Didn’t I already give you one?" It was frustrating because if I'm asking again, I clearly want more than just one sauce. This experience with the server tarnished my usually satisfying time at P
This Popeyes location is near the BJ's Mall along with Old Navy, Paragon Accura and other venues in the area. if you want fast food that is cooked regularly, this is place.
I gave it 4stars because I am old school and I hated the fact that they took away my white castle. White Castle was here before I was born. Overall the Popeys is great because of the drive thru. Drive thru is very narrow so be careful. Food has been fresh here.
Very professional staff and cooks. And the food is always fresh. Best Popeyes location I been too compared to the ones in Brooklyn
I come here on occasion and the food is usually excellent. One time I thought something was undercooked but it was ok.
However on my last visit, I was told that my food was going to take a few minutes. It was a but longer, no big deal. But first I was told they didn't have a particular type of sauce
I began going to Popeyes again. One branch had terrible service and recently changed their staff to a friendlier staff. this branch at 32-78 48th st, Queens NY has never failed to please. Good people, good food, and great service. And even though I normally order take-out, the place is always clean.

This is the best Popeyes location in NYC because they use FRESH COOKING OIL almost every single day. I've been to this location 4 times in 2 weeks and each time, I can tell that they change their cooking oil. The chicken taste fresh. I'm sticking with this location.
Really nice customer service here. A man named Mohammed was very nice and helpful. Most Popeyes locations have terrible customer service but not here. Even though they did forget one item in my order, it is okay. They are all very nice
