San Aroy Thai Kitchen - Astoria - Photo album

San Aroy is our favorite Thai restaurant in Astoria. The food is always amazing, the staff is friendly and courteous, and they’re reasonably priced.
LUNCH SPECIAL! Food - 5 out of 5 stars -One spring roll (the bomb); salad/soup and an entree for less than $10! -Got the salad. Delicious peanut sauce on top. And they use mixed greens which I love rather than just simply lettuce - Kee mao for the entree, well fried with the ‘wok hay’. Breath of wo
We had a really good time there. Food was spot on. We had the fried calamari and edamame for appetizers and I actually got the summer mango salmon. Really good. Customer service was very professional and always attentive to our requirements. The place itself is very welcoming and cozy.
Update March 2020: I visited this time just because I craved for Thai food so badly. I expected salty food BUT, food got much better and saltiness solved! Much better flavors and quality. Keep it up! I had Pad ki mao, tom yang soup(cream), mango salad, and thai ice tea. Salad and tom yang soup were
Perfect papaya salad which is the benchmark I use to test a Thai restaurant. It was nicely marinated, spiced and fresh. Their curry puffs are big like samosas but I prefer the more standard sized curry puffs. Get their papaya salad spicy and sticky rice.
Got delivery from here for the first time this weekend and we will definitely be ordering again. Good prices, excellent food, and fast delivery. The spring rolls were fresh and crispy. The chive cakes were delicious and had a lighter texture than scallion pancakes that I loved (though next time we w
Service was so lovely. Start with the fried pork dumplings FOR SURE. $5 apps can’t beat. Pad Thai is a signature dish hard to nail and they did it. So good, we can’t wait to come back and wish we came sooner! Thank you for the soda :)
Great 🦀 Crab Rangoon. Even though the menu doesn't call it that. Would also recommend the spring rolls, calamari, fried icecream and fried banana dessert as well.
Our go to place for Thai. Affordable and good. Nice place for a quiet romantic evening. Love their papaya salad!
I've gotten take out from this place a few times at this point, and I would say the food is pretty good. I got the squid pad kee mao both times and the squid was cooked quite well which is a good sign. The flavor of their basil and tom yum soups is a bit cloying and uncomplex, but not bad. The only
I’ve ordered from this restaurant at least 100 times. It’s ALWAYS on time and always well prepared. Facts.
When in to enjoy some Red curry, I would definitely recommend if you're into trying new foods, the staff are great and the experience is definitely worth it.
We stopped in for lunch on a warm day and enjoyed everything we had, including chicken satay, red curry with beef, papaya salad, and Thai iced tea. Everything was fresh and quick. The staff were very sweet and helpful. The decor inside was really pleasant. I'll be dining in or ordering out from here
Best Thai Food I have visited. I love this place.
The best Thai food I’ve ever had. The food was incredible and so was the ambience. We had such an amazing time. Moreover, the staff are very respectful and polite, especially our waiter Mina. I’d really recommend going here.
