I love the mom-and-pop feel of this place. We were there for the Detroit-style pizza, a pop-up that happens regularly. It was fantastic. We were hanging out in their back yard sipping Corona, eating artisan pizza on a hot summer afternoon. Life cannot be any better. In fact, if Corona needs a Queens version of their “Summer” commercial, they should shoot it in their backyard. Their beach commercials are getting old.

I came to Boston pizza for the Detroit style pizza pop up. While I don't normally not a pizza enthusiast, I happily say that they made an incredible Detroit style pizza. Serhan, the rising star in the pizza world, really know what he's doing. He milled his own flour and create his own mixes, to perfect his craft. Next time you see there's a pop up running in this place, get it ... because it sold out FAST!

This pizza is sooo much better when it's fresh compared to delivery! And the Onion Cheesesteak was good as well. Staff was very friendly ay 3 a.m. Great folks.

So quick! Pepperoni slice is what I got. Slices look chunky and stubby, I thought it was going to be more like a deep dish, it's light and soooo tasty.

Not only is this one of the best spots to grab pizza in Astoria at any time of day, their regular Detroit Style Pizza Pop-Up is the highlight of my month. The Pop-up pizza is made with care (the chef even mills his own flour sometimes) and the flavors strike a delicious balance. I highly recommend!

Pretty decent pizza! Not one of the best ones, but can't really complain about it! They have a lot of options and varieties about the pizza! You have to try their garlic knots! They are full of flavour and they are so delicious! The pizza is cheesy with a nice crispy crust!

Had their pizza again tonight and it's got to be one of my favorite crusts of all time. Very unique and flaky, melt in your mouth type of feel. I had the meat lovers pizza and every bite had a great mix of meat and veggies (exactly what I was craving). I highly recommend this place and their staff is extremely friendly too. Check it out if you are in the neighborhood.

This is our go-to pizza spot in the neighborhood -- esp. for late night bites. They have the best vegetable pizza (others are great too but the veggie pizza is hands down the best!) and the owner and his family are super sweet and friendly. Love Boston Pizza! :)

Great pizza options that matches with thirst-quenching drinka. Awesome service. Very flavorful pizza with lots of cheese on it. Each time I order pizza it's always puzza with so much happening on top. Sumptuous pasta options as well. Good crowd and accessibility to the entrance. Clean and decent restrooms. On top of it all, good choices of beverages. You gotta be there to experience it.

Great pizza place. Family owned and open late. Very friendly and nice owners. The pizza shop is very narrow so it can most likely get crowded on a Friday and Saturday night. Has access to a backyard space and looks very cozy.

Best pizza in the area - noticed the crust went more to a deep dish kinda style. Nonetheless, amazing taste and value for a spot that’s opened late. Always my go to pizza spot when in NYC.

Even after the recent (late-2015) move across the street, Boston Pizza in Astoria remains a sure-on deal. My $3 veggie slice today was, as always, fresh, with a tender, flavourful crust and tasty, stringing cheese. The slices are short, but cut a lot wider than most pizza joints in NYC. The new shop is a bit smaller than the old one, but maintains the same old-school feeling, with its to-the-point, yet kind, owner (?) and well-used pizza ovens.
