It was incredible to come to this place, all the staff is extremely friendly and willing to give a good recommendation, especially Annie B, she made my breakfast incredible for her kindness and her excellent banana chocolate frap recommendation :) !! my day couldn't have started better today 💕💕
The cashiers were very friendly in explaining what type of drink I should get, offered her opinion and took time to explain what and how the drink is made. Egg and cheese on roll was amazing, rainbow bagel with cream cheese was soooo good. Their ingredients are delicious! Friendly staff and clean place. Def recommend. It is a bit pricey, but if there’s good service and food, I don’t mind paying extra!!
Great coffee and bagel shop with MASSIVE bagels and pancakes. The bagels are a tad pricey at first glance but the size more than warrants the price. The pancakes are super fluffy and have a great portion size.

Update: only one of few places in my area where you can grab some decent breakfast. There is a new staff there, although I see the owner quite often. He is really involved in his business, thumbs up for that. Once after big flooding I saw him cleaning the venue, big respect for that!!!
Hard working environment all in all, we have to appreciate this industry!
In addition, today one of the girls went above and beyond: they didn't have a single origin coffee, but she told me that she will take care of me. And that's a customer service, not just order taking. Way to go, girl!
They have a little patio/structure outside on the street. Indoor tables, with no distance restrictions any more. No mask requirements. No social distancing.
Various spread flavors, including variety of bagels. Generally, this is a clean venue. Unisex restrooms available.
They have pastries, fresh squeezed juices, cakes, soups, frappes, flavored ice teas, and many other items. A little bit pricy though, but quality is there.
The only thing I've notice is that they change staff members quite frequently 🤔
For a busy coffee shop, the workers in there are so respectful and kind. The worker, name is eleni. She is so nice, and welcoming. Told me if I wanted to try any of the cream cheese kinds, and also they’re chocolate banana frappe, is so heavenly. It’s a must try
The bagels here are soo delicious, the staff is super friendly and the ambience was very cozy, warming and charming. I went there twice within two days and would totally go again. Huge recommendations!
Biggest Bagels! This is for you, bagel lovers... I usually try new toppings combo... at NYC Bagel & Coffee House I had the Lox with Scallion cream cheese. Delighted that they are very generous with Bagel sizes and toppings. ("Is this whole huge bagel and all of the toppings just for me? Yeah, baby!) :-))) I barely ate half of it. Lovely fresh athmosphere. Entertaining music on background. Diverse crowd. Smiles bright and early.
Food is highly-recommended! A must-try NYC staple. Plus, the staff are very welcoming and friendly. But there’s one stand-out of them all—and it’s Poi 💯 look for this guy (in the photo) and he’ll take good care of you. Awesome customer service 👏🏼 would definitely go back in this branch.
This place is THEEEE GO TO PLACE for breakfast.....especially if you love bagels. They have a wide variety of bagels, cream cheese flavors and just food overall. Their fraps are SPECTACULAR! The frozen hot chocolate....TO DIE FOR!!! The staff is warm and welcoming! Iqra and Giselle are great staff members!!! They always take care of me. This place MUST be on your "MUST GO TO" list!! I love this place!! 10 STARS!!
Good food, great service. Vibe has gone a little downhill the past few months with louder less chill music. Otherwise, great local coffee and bagel spot.
