I walked in for the recent Mario franchise promo. I talked with the staff about the promo and giving some visual aid for effective communication. The staff was friendly, informed on the matter, and was kind enough to help with my request ensuring a welcoming presence. I've handled Nintendo promos and in certain cases, the associates are fairly unreceptive and uninformed despite my thorough and probative insights. This circumstance was exceptional. In addition, while at the eatery, I noticed that this hospitality was distributed to other customers. I highly recommend this store to anyone who wants top quality ice cream and unparalleled hospitality to boot.

Best ice cream ever! I truly liked the idea of mixed ice cream offered as a choice that resembles more of a fruit salad restaurant with a touch of style and a personalized flavor.
The cold stone experience can be seen as an unique journey into a flavor world of ice cream that gives customers a delightful trip into the possibilities offered by a creative team that developed a large ice cream menu that is not available anywhere else.
Cold stone is an "ice cream confectionery" or an ice cream shop where you have multiple flavors mixed by the operators in your presence, using spatulas and spoons to pick up a pre designed menu choice or your own choice of ice cream. Then they add fruits or other toppings.
The result is possibly one of the best experiences I ever had trying ice cream.
I highly recommend it! Give it a shot. You won't regret it.

Best ever creamery. Love it . Just the staff little rude poor costumer service very slow. But when you get your ice cream you forget about every bad thing. Delicious!!!

Had a great experience here. Customer service is top notch at this location. The staff is very on point with greeting,understanding, and taking care of the customers. Most definitely going back to this location for my got to have it moments lol.

I love this ice cream place! They have sandwiches and soup too, and beautiful birthday cakes. The ice cream artists are very sweet and helpful. The manager is a great guy. They have clean table seating. Sometimes long lines in summer, but it’s definitely worth waiting for.

Their ice cream cakes are my favorite. Their ice cream however is a bit pricey. Still, not a lot of other options nearby, so this place will have to do.
