Discover a hidden gem in Astoria, where I indulged in both the pork and chicken gyro, perfectly accompanied by their signature svl sauce—a delectable mayo, ketchup, and mustard blend. This spot is my top choice for authentic souvlaki and gyros in Astoria, conveniently located near the N train's Astoria Blvd stop.
The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between relaxed and chic, offering counter service and table delivery. Trendy metal trays, bowls, and scoops add a modern touch to the presentation. If you're craving a memorable meal that won't break the bank, head over to this hidden gem and experience the best souvlaki and gyros in Astoria. You won't be disappointed!"
Good spot to get some fast casual gyro platters and wraps.
Their platters are generous- you’ll have left overs for a second meal, that’s for sure.
Only complaint is that we wished they gave us more tzatziki. It came in a very tiny container and not enough in proportion to the rest of the meal.
Superb service. I’ve always wanted to drop by and today I finally did it and boy did I miss out. For $24 you get 2 beautiful chicken souvlaki pita sandwiches with EVERYTHING. Super fresh and delicious.
Shared the mixed plate for 2 with some friends. The portions were perfect and everything tasted fresh and well seasoned. While small, the restaurant has a very comfortable layout that includes benched seating and a few loose tables to eat at in addition to stool seating at the counter. I’ll definitely be returning!
Good greek food, they have a good playlist on, Bathroom is well taken cared of, seats are comfortable — all around à good time.
I'd say you're spending anywhere from $15 to $20+ on food depending on if it's for one or 2 ppl. For a couple... I'd say +25 and up - drinks included
Best Greek food in town! The prasini salad is the best I’ve ever had. I come here about once a week and I’ve never had a bad meal. Their food is so fresh and the staff are great! Definitely check it out if you’re looking for a quick Greek meal in Astoria!
I loved the food it was fireeeee like fireeee my baby loved it, he stuffed his face, everybody should come.
On a holiday weekend came back from the city heading home to Long Island and was looking for something to eat. As I wanted some Greek food I saw the reviews here and said I can’t understand one place having so many reviews. After walking into the Greek music, the red boxes behind the counter, the inviting smell, and the billboard of choices I never even heard what the price was and after eating the food I didn’t care. Felt a little piece of the islands of Greece right here. Owner walks around and staff all are smiling. Everything is clean and I mean clean. Felt like they just opened the doors. Choose your own plate gives you so many choices. My four year old was like “OPPA” as soon as he had the Falafel Bites. Nothing will disappoint here.
Great food, great value. Lentil soup was close to the best we've ever had, fries were exceptional, the pita is different but really really good (especially with the spices they add to the Lentil soup accompanying pita). We also got two of the sticks - a ground beef and a lamb one - both tasty but maybe didn't stand out as much as everything else. Large portions for the price too. A really good spot!
We found this place by accident and were pleasantly surprised!! Authentic Greek food, great prices and friendly staff. We'll be back!!
