Caravan Chicken - Astoria - Photo album

The chicken was incredible: flavorful, cooked perfectly. The Maduros were surprisingly delicious. Salchipapas is delicious(how can you go wrong with French fries and hotdogsšŸ¤£ definitely a comfort food). Love this place and will definitely be back
Great chinese peruvian rotisserie chicken. I'd put it up against any chicken spot in NYC. Their green sauce is refreshing and isn't super creamy like some of the other places. A couple of notes: - they are not open on Mondays. - with any chicken spot, i like going right when they open will ensure y
Here you would find a fusion of Peruvian+Chinese cuisine, there is nothing fancy about Caravan, this a very casual restaurant however, they always keep the food flavorful & very tasty. This is where you go to eat when you want comfort food & you know you are going for sure to eat a filling meal, I
Absolute staple here in Astoria, Queens. They've been opened for as long as I can remember and been serving the best Peruvian/Chinese food you can find. The Lomo Saltado is to die for (with fried rice) and you can never go wrong with the rotisserie chicken and rack of ribs. Their green sauce is a mu
Went here with my family. The food was very affordable. Itā€™s a cash only establishment. You order and pay upfront. From there, you can wait for to go orders or garb a table to eat there. We chose to dine in which was good. They gave us so much food, I just canā€™t imagine the to-go experience being be
A small mom & pop shop with seating towards the back and Peruvian-Asian cuisine. They have a ramp entrance towards the back. Filling meals with great portions. 1 order pork fried rice with chicken and salad; 1 pork fried rice with ribs and salad; 1 water bottle; 1 order maduros (sweet plantains); 1
The best fried rice & rotisserie chicken in NY! They are so nice and super fast and all their food is outstanding šŸ’Æā€¼ļø Try the ribs and sweet plantains also. You will thank me later.
Great food. Cash only.
Super solid chifa spot. Their pollo a la brasa is reliably good and their chaufa, beans, maduros, aji, etc. are always tasty. Ambience is basic but tidy, and the food, while nothing outta this world, is a safe bet every time. Prices for New York are more than reasonable.
I love this place. Inhave been going to this place since i was 8years old. I am 33 now. This place has great rotisserie chicken. One of the best i have had in NYC. I love trying different places for food. Howevee, when it comes to chicken, lomo and fried rice... This place is the best! The waiters a
The sign outside in the window says ā€œBEST CHICKENā€ and itā€™s not misleading at all. The chicken was seasoned and cooked properly. By far the best rotisserie chicken Iā€™ve ever had in NYC. First time coming here and Iā€™ll definitely be back whenever Iā€™m in Astoria again.
WHY IS THIS CHICKEN SOOOO VERY GOOD??? First timer here. Soft meat, the taste permeated to the bones. Incredible! Definitely will order again!
They are great the food is amazing service and fact that we was reaching NYC 15 minutes before they closed and still served us was amazing
Extremely good ribs, awesome roasted chicken. Good fried rice and beans. Did not have other menu items but will next time there.
If it's your first time trying their chicken, don't worry you came to the right place. I wasn't sure what kind of restaurant it was at first either chinese take out? Rotisserie chicken?. The people working there are kind and always working, going back and forth from the counter to the tables. Don't
It's good chicken but maybe not the best. Great if you're looking for something cheap and filling.
