Nuevo Jardin De China Restaurant - Astoria - Photo album

Great taste and big portions! Super value meal considering how expensive the ox tails are nowadays. Tender, but not too soft. Staffs are very friendly. Coffee here is surprisingly tasty. A gem in Astoria!!!
Excellent food and incredible service. I went with a group to celebrate a birthday and the staff was so kind and thoughtful! Menu is extensive and has something for everyone. Dishes can be ordered individually or share-style. We shared and all our dishes were great- calamari and oxtail were extra de
If you want the best service and delicious food, frequent Nuevo Jardin and experience the most divine combination of both worlds. Take the recommendations of the staff and your meal will be top notch. We loved the oxtail stew, squid ink rice with shrimp, short beef ribs, Chilean sea bass, tostones
Family go-to for years. Along with the other location on Junction Blvd. I prefer this location more. A bit smaller but lighter ambiance. Plus it's walking distance for me. Which helps fight off the fried rice calories. If your group is having trouble picking a place to go eat. You can't go wrong wi
I thought this was a little over priced, but the food was good and the portion size was huge. The pork chops were amazing and the rice was very good.
I was amazed by "squid rice with shrimp". It's cooked with squid ink. There is no fishy taste at all but all the goodie including red pepper, green pepper oinion, pea and of course squid and shrimp. The drink is amazing. Be careful, they are very very strong! Owners and servers are super friendly as
Best Chinese food outside of Chinatown! The tasty food is definitely the star but the friendly staff and comfortable booths make it fun place to be. Full Chinese menu and Spanish/Cuban menu - both cuisines done to perfection. Great place to go even for cocktails and appetizers. I recommend pina cola
Only been here once but the owner was so sweet! We asked for the lunch special and he gave it to us even though the lunch special was over. The food came out quick. The prices are great for the food you get.
An old fashion chinese restaurant which offers a fusion of Chinese and Latin cuisine, the staff is very friendly and they love the NFL, everytime that I go there during football season they have a game on.Enjoy ❗❗❗
Very good pork chops and fried rice, too much fresh ginger in dishes that call for it (such as Mongolian beef) and I love fresh Ginger. My dish was swimming in it. Egg rolls were very stale, bean and wonton soup were excellent, avacado salad was perfectly ripe delicious, chopped it up and added soy
Omg! First time dining in this location and I was definitely satisfied! The food & the service was great! Definitely can’t wait to go back again!
Pork chops and fried rice was amazing ! Please make a new menu, the one you have now is old fashioned and doesn’t do justice to the food
My Sweetheart recommended this place we went absolutely loved the food my Blue Hawaiian 💙 drink & of course his company 😋 definitely highly recommended & we seeing u soon❗️
Old fashioned style Chinese and Spanish food, just like the good old days. Say hi to William for a rare friendly waiter experience in a very clean Chinese restaurant. Best in the Astoria. But a little pricey, recommend all the $12-13 lunch specials
Was at Nuevo Jardín de China for dinner with friends. We had the beef ribs asado and other dishes; they were deliciously fresh and tasty. Restaurant was very clean, modern and decently priced!
I love all the food I order here. There is a great variety of authentic foods here. There are options for Chinese and Spanish plates. I recommend this place. Thank you for your service.
