Review Burgerology - Astoria

Honestly if you want a burger, beer fries and milkshake fix go here. The fix was definitely satisfied and the portion was large enough to take home for tomorrow seconds. The Bavarian pretzel combo is huge for 3-4 ppl and is delicious, I highly recommend. The service was quick and accommodating. They also play different sports on and I was watching Chelsea vs Arsenal. I will be returning.

I really enjoyed this place. As far as the food goes the mac & cheese is amazing. Chicken and waffles is great. French fries has a garlic aïoli that is to die for. They also have some delicious cookies and cream milkshakes that were really tasty. Now the ambience was good but it’s kind of small inside but has some good lighting because the windows are basically ceiling to floor. The service was kind of lacking we ask for waters multiple times in the end two of us never got our waters. The messed up the order for one of us, the added something to bill It was supposed to be there. And when we were leaving, we asked for containers and they totally forgot had to remind them about it twice so this is why I gave them a four stars, had the service been better they would’ve got five stars because the food was absolutely great.

This place is so fun for a family outing. Unfortunately, the last time we went we were the customers from hell. Our son spilled all his water, and then had a meltdown about it. The wait staff was so kind to us, and very understanding. We really appreciate how nice they all were. The food was also great—we loved the short-rib poutine and their ice cream sundae.

Great spot for burgers and drinks. Nice atmosphere and location as well. Went there twice and both times food was well done. **must mention if lettuce,tomatoes, onions are needed***. Or else you will just get plain.

We had no issues getting a table, probably could've just walked in even with it being Valentine's Day, but the reserve a table feature on Google Maps is pretty efficient. Everyone was super friendly, we were greeted as soon as we walked in. The food was pretty good overall, but it could do with a bit more kick to it. I got the Atomic burger medium rare with an added egg and bacon jam instead of bacon. The service was 💯, they accidentally left off the egg and immediately replaced the burger when I realized. I also got the Chipotle fries as a side; I put some of the jalapeños from my burger on top and that really put the fries over the top for me. I wish I'd asked if that was an option, but I'll just save that for next time :) I got the Cookie Doughnut shake and mostly loved it. The shake itself is so good with the pieces of doughnut blended in, but the doughnut on top was refrigerated cold. It would've been nice if it was fresh but I could also see why it wouldn't be fresh and hot. My partner loved his Kobe burger, won't stop talking about it! The mac & cheese balls I got were better than his mac & cheese side, I think the side could've done with some bread crumbs or something.

I tried out this cool burger spot! i love the theme they have. I got seated really quick and i ordered a make your own burger and i loved how they had a lot of options on what to put in your burger. Tried the wings which were really good. The burger was definitely eye opening because of how big it was haha. It was delicious! Managed to finish it and ended it off with one of the desserts. I saw the skakess they had and definitely eye catching, But i ordered a sundae and the waiter was so accommodating and nice he made sure it was the way i wanted! Definitely recommend to try it out.

We stumbled upon this gem just by chance. Thanks Google. Upon our arrival we were promptly seated in a cozy booth. It was early evening and not too crowded. Loved the atmosphere! Our cocktails were delicious and the burgers, fries, and onion rings were fantastic!! Definitely a high-end NYC burger spot given our bill ($100+) but it was worth it and we would dine here again!

What a local Find! Forget the Sugar Factory! WE HAVE Burgerology!! Let me start off with the staff! Super friendly, amazing, tentative, accommodating, and overall outstanding. The food was great too. I purchased the steak and Eggs. The steak flavor was on point. Could have been more medium rare like I asked but the flavor picked up the slack. The drinks specials are actually amazing and priced very well. We ordered the mimosa tower and had the peach option. It was amazing and filled over 8 glasses to the top. The price is so good too I believe around $40-50 bucks. Can’t beat that deal. I Will be returning with friends very soon just for brunch and drinks. The desserts!!! Omg who needs the sugar Factory when you have better prices and better flavor options here and locally in Astoria! I can’t believe I’ve never been here. This is a game changer and must go to location! Ten stars ⭐️ My party and I enjoyed every bite and every sip. Thanks you all so much!

Good food with great service. The servers are friendly and attentive. My only complaint is whenever I get fries they seem to be the very small short ones, like bottom of the barrel. But still delicious.

On Monday, it came here to eat with my family. Our hostess Raquel got us in situated and seated quickly even brought my son a coloring page which he enjoyed. As soon as we sat down , our server Loranne brought us water and gave us a minute to decide. This was our first time here so when she came back we were still undecided luckily for us she helped us thru the menu and suggested a few items. Once we placed the orders she quickly came back with drinks and she informed she be right back with our orders. A few minutes and a gentleman named Jeremy came with our food. The food was so delicious. My son enjoyed his chicken tenders and fries, the food was well seasoned. Throughout our dinner the host and servers had checked in on us several times to make sure everything was to our liking as well as asking us if we needed anything. I will definitely be returning again. Just on its hospitality alone i give this restaurant and it’s location 5 stars the food and drinks another 5 stars. I can honestly say I have had no bad review.

This is my first time ordering from here and I was pleasantly surprised at how good their burgers are. The one big downside is the cost. I paid around 18 bux plus fries. The burger was very good, I would order again but it won’t be for a while. I do have to say they packaged up everything very nicely for the delivery. The presentation for a delivery was thought out nicely and it is very appreciated. Update. 6-20-22. Finally went in to eat in person with friends. Great tasting food! Great music. Great guys haha. It is on the pricey side but you get great food. I’d come back.

I was recommend to go here by a friend since I love burgers and when I got there I was seated right away and the waiter took my drink and order at the same time. The only issue I had was that the drink lacked liquor. I saw a lady who looked like the manager (I found out later her name is Raquel) and explained to her my issue and she immediately apologized and fixed my drink and it was amazing! The staff was nice and the food was great. I will definitely be eating there again.

Visited this gem 💎 on a Friday evening , the wait was minimal, and the bartender serving as my hostess was very Awesome . Made me a Jim ducks pond ( with a cute little duck !) and the flavour was great ! Had the BBQ boneless wings and the Medium well Einstein and I absolutely love it . Would love to give my Thanks to Jhoel!

Definitely a good spot for a date or to vibe out with a group of friends. These massive drinks are worth every penny. I had the Georgia Tea and Grinch Potion, both literally full of liquor. The food is pretty good as well, I had the Buffalo chicken burger on the pretzel bun. Definitely will be back to explore more of the menu which is pretty loaded. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Nice neighborhood burger place, they have a huge selection of burgers and beers. The food was enjoyable, but took a bit of time even though wasn’t really packed. Definitely worth a visit.

I was looking for a place to eat and have a beer. Hard to choose with all the restaurants and bars around the area. As I walked to Burgerology I was immediately greeted. I stated I was sitting on the bar and was gladly accommodated. I was immediately given a menu to looked at and asked if I wanted something to drink. The good thing about the service was I didn't feel any pressure to order as I was told I can take my time and inform them of my order. I knew what I wanted and was immediately. Sometimes the quality of the service matters the most in making a place comfortable and enjoyable. This is what I got. Great atmosphere and great service. Definitely recommend it if you want to relax and feel comfortable during a hot or sunny day. The beer taste great!

Manager gave us a discount for Pi Day. Staff were all super nice, food was super good. Only complaint is that the Caesar salad had a few too many lettuce...stalks? Bit bitter. Otherwise, amazing place. Definitely going again.
