I stopped by this great little spot for a quick bite with my son. The food was freash, nicely seasoned and delicious. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The service was wonderful.
My first time here and I'm from Jersey City. This place is absolutely amazing. The food is great. I ordered a gyro sandwich my friend made the mistake of ordering me a chicken gyro but the owner was nice and and added the lamb onto my gyro at no extra cost because that was originally what I wanted. The service was amazing. They take the time to talk to you and ask about how we like our food which a lot of food places don't often do. I wish I can give this place more than a 5 star because they made the experience amazing!
Wonderful pizza! After decades of family cooking, it really shows; I had an amazing pie, and I can't remember the last time I ever noticed how good the dough was 👍

Romano's is the BEST pizza in Astoria. I would even say the best in New York. I mainly order delivery, but I recently went on a date there. Every time I go, the staff are friendly and accommodating. I had my guest try Romano's for the first time who is also a native New Yorker and he agreed they have delicious pizza!
The best pizza in Astoria! Very tasty, authentic NY style pizza and their Greek food options are delicious. Nice place to go with your family or just to grab a slice. The staff keeps the place clean and the service is fantastic.
This place has been a staple forever in Astoria. Despite the name, it's Greek owned and operated, and there are lots of Greek specialties to choose from. Also the pizza has a distinctive flavor and texture not found in conventional pizzerias. Great outdoor seating, nice service and never a wait.
My family has been coming here for over 20 years, I've been eating here since I was a baby in a highchair. My grandmother who passed away showed my mother this place and we ate here as a family. The pizza is not copy and paste pizza you can get everywhere - the sauce is thick and the cheese is different too, order by the pie. The gyro and souvlaki fare is really good too. The burgers are very good, yet, because of the pizza and gyros i seldom get them. They have beer, including the Greek Mythos. Pasta, wraps, salads, good stuff.
My father introduced me and our family to this place when i was very young. Amazing service and staff. The owner is a magnificent human being and will always treat his customers like family. The food is the cherry on top for the whole experience. Thank you Romanos for the amazing service and great tasting food. Whenever youre craving good greek food they got you covered.
Funny enough, never tried pizza here. Always order my favorite: mixed platter of gyro and pork souvlaki with extra salad instead of fries. Have been coming here for just that dish for over 20 years...
Very clean and spacious. Great Service Good freshly made food to order. Definitely will be back. If your in this are make it a point to stop in and enjoy a burger or pizza.
