Authentic Afghan food! Definitely recommend the daily special. The lamb shank goes falls right off. Everything here is fresh and cooked on the spot.

We ordered Lamb Shing (shank) with mixed kema and chicken kebab. Very good flavor. You can feel the freshness in food. We also had Bolanee Kachalou, not the very best but you won’t mind.

I’ve eaten here a few times over the past few years and each time I visit everyone is friendly and the service is quick. While the prices have gone up like any other place around the portions have remained the same HUGE! I love the flavors! Today I had the Kalbi combo with the tasty brown rice with raisins and carrots. Thank you for not compromising quality and hospitality in a time where many other places have.

Absolutely LOVED this cute & cozy spot in Astoria. I've had amazing Afghan food in Flushing and other areas in Queens but this was super delicious. We went for Father's day to treat my dad and he loved the food, we got chicken & lamb combo and he got the lamb shank which was a HUGE portion. The owner was super friendly and sweet. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great food and great service! The staff was very mindful about the cake I gave them for my father's birthday. They were so helpful with taking family pictures for us as well. I really appreciated it. Try to take cash to take advantage of their 3.99% off for cash payments!

The Uzbeki Palao (lamb shank) is the best in the city. We enjoyed it a lot and it was definitely our favorite of everything we got.
