Broccoli Rabe with sausage was not in Tufino’s menu. Chef Rob came out to ascertain what I wanted. He cooked it with garlic and olive oil. It was healthy, tasty 😋 and perfectly prepared🤗!
I am so impressed that he obliged.
Our distinguished guest and my hubby were satisfied with their Chicken Parmesan with a side of broccoli rabe and pizza lunch special with salad.
On top of that when I rang Tufino a day after, Mr. Laz was so patient, pleasant and helpful. He searched for our receipt, answered my questions and offered to text it to me🥰.
Tufino has fresh, delicious food with excellent staff. Nice ambience too.
Tufino Pizzeria is my newfound favorite spot! The atmosphere is super cozy, and the pizzas are next-level delicious. The whole experience was made even better by the fantastic service. Our server, Ernie, knew the menu like a pro and pointed us to some incredible choices. The pizza was a taste sensation, and the service was spot-on – attentive and friendly. Tufino has officially won me over, and if you're into great food and a chill vibe, this place is a winner. Five stars all the way!
Nice place in astoria to have vegan pizza, vegan pasta and Vegan mozzarella sticks with marinara. The food was amazing. But the service was okay, they were very eager to clear the plates even if we were just finished eating. Felt like they wanted us to leave. They had some good wine options too.
Twice I have been here, and twice I have ordered the San Gennaro pizza per my friend's recommendation. One of the best pizzas I have ever had. I will definitely be back. I came here Sunday night, the 10th, with my friends. My friends and I love it here. I think our waiter's name was Ernie - he was very kind and helped us pick out of all the amazing food choices on the menu. He was very attentive and patient with our needs each time we came here! A+ food and service.
The pizza was sooooooooo good. My friend and I got a pie to share and it was the perfect amount for both of us. The service was great— the server with the beard on Thursday night was super accommodating and kind. He gave me great options based on my dietary restrictions and took great care of our table. Would def go here again
Been here three times and the food is excellent and consistent. Pizza is made to order and I recommend all of the them. The eggplant parm appetizer and wood fired octopus is a must try as well! Service is wonderful and it is a great place to meet with friends or go with family!
Great Italian place in Astoria. Clams and calamari were excellent starters and the arrabiata pizza was so good. Perfect amount of spice, olives, honey and oil. I also enjoyed the craft beer basei. Service was quick and our waiter was quite friendly. Table settings were changed between courses and I really liked the cutlery. The interior is very cozy and Italianesk. Will be returning.
Y'all, Tufino Pizzeria is so delicious - you need to go here!! From the great Italian apps to the variety of specialty pizzas, everything was amazing and there is something on the menu for everyone craving Italian food! My faves were :
Appetizers: the grilled octopus, baked stuffed clams, meatballs
Pizzas/Calzones: burrata pizza and the clam pizza
Drinks: gin fizz
Can't wait to go back!
Ernie was amazing! He was attentive and made sure me and my friends had good service. I would definitely come back, may even be my new go to pizza spot!!!
First time in NY, visit from Tampa FL. The pizza was great, the taste amazing. The sauce is not chunk, sour was in the perfect spot. The mozzarella A+ very good.
I always thinking to put a business like your business in Tampa FL. I love the wood fire pizza. I need to learn how to make a good pizza.
