Domino's Pizza

Our pizza came all messed up and looked like it was dropped or really not handled properly and our delivery person did not give us any warning. On calling the place, the person was very rude to us and argued about pizza order being correct and finally said we'll send another and the pizza never came. It would be nice to not be yelled at since we called to report a problem and not blame.

So we order from here all the time. Almost every time they forget the sauce cups. Finally we got sick of it tonight. Especially since they charge you for those little f**kers. Also it took forever for our pizza too arrive tonight and by the time the pizza got here it was already cold. So we called and complained about it. The only idea of making it right with us is take 40 god dam min to bring them out to us. Cool what did they expect us to do, wait for them and let our pizza get colder? Well looks like Tasters will be getting our business from now on!!

Delivery order. Forgot our ranch and garlic sauce. Understandable. I called them and asked them to bring it. After 40min, still no dips. I called back and told them to forget it. They didn't offer to make it right. I used to manage a dominos for 2 years. This is unacceptable. Either offer a free side, dessert, credit for next time, or remake the order since our pizza was cold.

Ordered a pizza and gave my address, was told that they delivered to me. Waited an hour and half and called back to check on my order only to be told that they didn’t deliver to my address and cancelled my order. When I asked why they never called me to inform me, he said he told someone to do that but didn’t know who it was. Now every other place Is closed for us to even dine in. I asked if he would consider making this right by a discounted pizza for another time and he laughed and just said sorry. Horrible customer service that stranded us with no food at 10pm. Don’t bother with this joke of a store.

We have ordered from this location several times. The food has almost always been great, but their attention to detail on our orders have not. Multiple times now we have ordered dipping sauces and have not received them. After getting tired of wasting my money we called and complained tonight. They said they would bring them out. Well we know how long it takes them to deliver (said 20-30 mins when we ordered and arrived over an hour later) we decided to just eat so our food would still be warm. 40 mins later the dipping sauces arrived, but by then our food was long gone. Unfortunately we will no longer be ordering from them. They have taken things off the menu we enjoyed and their services is lacking. From now on we will be ordering from tasters. Never have had a problem with them.

Do not ever order from this location. There are multiple pizza places in town don't have much better customer service will get your order right answer the phone when you called. the owner has made it clear does not care about their customers there for the staff will do what they want your order will be incorrect and there's no repercussions
