We stopped on Friday Night and ordered 4 meals with 3 sodas. The food was good, but when our bill came, it only had a total with no itemization. Based on what I remembered about the prices on the menu, the total seemed high. When I asked about it, got a lot of attitude and even when it was shown that we were overcharged $10 on a $60 order, was not given an apology, just more attitude. Will definitely think twice about going again.

We got a pizza with lots of toppings last night and it was very good! I especially liked the tomatoes and mushrooms, which were both very fresh! Also ordered cheese curds that came with ranch and loved them! The service was good.
Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the dining area is dark and slightly depressing.

Not from Ashland Wisconsin and this was the worst restaurant I have ever been to. Horrible service! Food was not very good at all especially the lasagna! Do not recommend! They forgot to bring us food and forgot to give us out to go order! Big disappointment and a waste of money!

I was excited to try this place since I’m from Duluth and love Hugo’s pizza 2 but this place was awful small portions of horrible tasting food even worse service and were way over charged they forgot my 5yr olds food and 2 desserts oh and it took an hour and a half for 2 salads. I will never go back to this place

4.5...first time take out. Definitely a two thumbs way up on the pizza(meat lovers) with my crumbs crunchers! The sauce is just a touch on the sweet side and NOT overwhelming. The pizza surprisingly weighed lighter than normal when I picked it up, but it’s because of the light cracker like tasting. I normally would prefer pan like but this is definitely one of my top 5. Average $4 per person without drinks and tips. Nothing like a great pizza at the beach on a picnic table! Great JOB Hugo’s Pizza!

I don’t know why this always happens to me when I order pizza to go and not eat in. The pizza was over cooked. The items we skimpy and the cheese was mainly at the middle of the pizza. Nothing around the edges. Very disappointing. Probably won’t order for a while.

We were so looking forward to Hugo's Pizza as in the past several years it was so good. Very very disappointed the last 2 times and will think twice about if and when we go back.

So we stopped in I ordered a steak basket with fry’s! My whole meal was cold so then I ask for a new order not to be just microwaved. They made me new fry’s and microwaved my steak sandwich the bun was so dry and crumbled. Also when they switch from steak to the cubed meat you buy at the grocery store??? Use to be a great place
