Pretty room and a more formal dining spot than usual for laidback Ashland. Good food, complex, vaguely French and New American menu with a lot of entrees with a lot of sauces. Very tasty array of greens, cheese, veggies and meats from local farms. Great service, good for date night. Yes to outdoors
We really like this place. We stayed at the Hotel for my birthday and had a good meal at Larks. I do have a couple of comments. I had the meatloaf, which was amazing except for the glaze. It was made from dates which made it way too sweet for my taste. The roasted carrots were hard and tough as well
Excellent in every way. Very accommodating, exceptional service, great ambiance but more for an older crowd. The ambiance is not so much a millennial crowd but still very nice.
To start I had a cosmo and he had a double Tito’s cranberry. Cosmo was not a normal cosmo but not bad. Switched to a glass of the insider Cabernet from Napa which was Eloquent and had a Carmel finish. The appetizers we got were the cheese board with two orders of regular ciabatta bread and one order
I enjoyed my meal and the environment for a treat on my birthday. I got the market fish (it was sole) it was flavorful and the portion was generous. The restaurant has a pleasant and classy atmosphere.
All of the staff including our server was polite, professional and accommodating. The food was amazing. My steak, potatoes vegetables and soup was packed with flavor-truly delicious. I can't wait to go back again...😁
The staff is great, attentive without being bothersome, helpful, and polite. The food was amazing, the best clams I've ever had. The burger was juicy and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was casual and inviting, paired with a good cocktail made for the perfect combination.
I attended a private party catered by Larks and the staff were exceptional! Wonderfully attentive. The chefs prepared a meal for me free of soy and dairy due to allergy restrictions. I can’t say enough about how grateful I was to have delicious, safe food for me!
