Mcdonald's

I was on my lunch break, so I didn't have a ton of time to wait in the lines. I ordered ahead on the mobile app, and I didn't even have to tell them my name and be all ackward about it! They gave me my cup and greeted me with my food, the associate was very friendly! I definitely recommend this particular location, the other McDonald's are very hit or miss. The one in north town is quite great as well, but I definitely notice the difference in attitude with the Dine-In associates at this location!!

The food was good. I tried the crispy chicken sandwich. I liked it as much as the other chicken place. My only complaint is the fries were cold. I wish they had more sugar free drink selections. The store itself was extremely clean. All the tables were crumb free. The restroom was one of the cleanest I've seen in a while.

I ordered 2 4 piece chicken nuggets happy meals for my twin boys. The only adjustment I asked for was to take one of the 4 piece nuggets out and substitute it with another fry. But to keep everything else the same. I ask the manager to make sure it was right before they give it to me. They gave me a 6 piece nugget and took out the apples. So I went back thru the drive thru and I ask to speak to another manager. As I was explaining to her what I needed she just looked at me with a confused look on her face and said I don't know what you want me to do. And then said I can't take the nuggets back for more fries. I tried to explain to her that the other manager gave me the fries but ..... then she was so confused so I j8st said to forget. And I drove off. There is know common sense anywhere in this place.

Today, 11/11/2020 ordered a chicken sandwich combo, no lettuce, coke to drink. There was no straw in the bag, no napkins, and lettuce on my sandwhich. See pic!! Really how effing McHard is it to get an order right!! It was not terribly backed up and plenty of staff. Some seemed to just be filling space. While I'm at it, this was at 4:45 pm when I heard a drive thru person ask a manager "are we do anything for veterans today?" Really??? Seems the staff should know this answer and jump into action. If the answer had been no, I would have jumped into action myself.
