So far i have not had a negative experience buying from here! The staff are still helpful and quick despite the rushes they get. They have always been kind and do things as quickly as they can! The smoothies are made correctly and i haven’t received any bad food. Prices are on the higher side but I would still recommend this tropical (:

My friend, Gene, came up from Lorton (south of Burke/Fairfax) and we arrived at a semi-busy time. He ordered a chicken wrap and he told me it was delicious. I had a hummus wrap and loved it. I had it before. We shared a green detox drink. So, all in all, we were quite happy! A comment on the help behind the counter. The person taking our money was pleasant. When I said to give me an extra cup so I could share the drink with my friend, she said she would just divide the drink for me. Half a drink is enough for me and was for my friend! I would have never thought to eat at a Tropical Smoothie. My son and his wife brought me home twice the hummus wrap. So, I would try it if you haven't ever. Hopefully you will be pleasantly surprised as I was.

Because I answer their surveys, I get their smoothies for $1.99 with a code they give me. It makes my meals cheaper. Those surveys keep me going back to the restaurant. The quesadillas are small, in my opinion.

Mmm good! Fav drink (right now) is the chia banana boost- not strong, nice and mild- just how I like it. This place puts up a competition with Starbucks (for me).

I've had my bad experiences at other Tropical Smoothies (namely the one at One Loudoun) and this one is awesome. They never get your order wrong, and are very customer service focused.
This is my go-to Tropical Smoothie in the Ashburn area and definitely one of my favorite weekend trips!

Always consistent with every one of their smoothies! I call in and it’s always ready when I get there. Just don’t forget to remove the extra sugar they add to them... also, I think it’s a veteran owned business so YAY.

Except for one day that instead of smoothy I got flavored water (probably someone new..so I'll cut him some slack) my order is always ready to pick up and is perfect.
