Firehouse Subs

I had a wonderful dining experience at this location. The quality of food was amazing. My sub was made to perfection. It was delicious and fresh. The atmosphere is clean, and employees and service was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. I met the manger, and she’s amazing and professional! I will definitely be coming back.

Had been out shopping all evening and needed to eat. It was. Close to closing time (an hr). We ordered and the ladies working took care of us fast. We could tell they were annoyed that they got interrupted from their conversation with that being said they probably were ready to go home. Food was fixed fast and was pretty good.

The last time I came to this shop the manager was yelling at his employees. The employees were always there, but I guess they quit after that whole ordeal. The new employees looked miserable and poorly trained. I saw the manager call one of the employees fat, and excused the remark by saying he "has a pot belly too". The manager seems like a narcissist. Also there was paper in the sandwich that we waited 30 minutes for. 12/27/21 Update: I went to this location again and saw different employees than last time, and I didn't see the manager. They blessed me with a sandwich built from the heavens (second pic). My only complaint is that the employees do not wear a mask while making the sandwich.

As a former employee of this franchise! Marc the owner always takes care of his staff and has a high expectation for them as well and an extreme care for his guests and employees alike! Even as a former employee I’m still a frequent customer to both of his locations as during these hard times supporting local businesses especially those who care about the community and staff more than themselves! Highly recommend visiting his One Loudoun or Sugarland locations for amazing food and excellent customer service!
