Review West Woods Bar And Grill - Arvada

Nothing better than working all day long and picking up a take out order that's incorrect. Love it when I order BBQ wings with absolutely no BBQ. Of course because it's take out you don't discover it until you get home. Thanks for taking my hard earned money. Am wondering if the kitchen staff comes over and kicks my dog as an encore.

It's been renovated since the last time we visited. Like the layout a lot more. It really is lit up at night if you happen to arrive from the north driving on Quaker. It's worth a drive by if you are coming from the south. Food quality is great and we decided to go with the house guacamole and chips for a late evening snack. Next time it will be a lunch, dinner or Happy Hour. If you happen to golf, that just adds to the experience.

Honestly, way better Mexican food than I was expecting at a golf club. The enchiladas, tamales, and burrito were all excellent.

We planned a wedding rehearsal dinner at Westwoods Golf Bar & Grill. They presented us with a private room option and a reasonable per-person rate for food. We selected a family style dinner and everyone raved over the food. We are so happy we chose this place for our event. The room they provided was lovely and private. The staff was attentive, friendly, and unobtrusive. The food was delicious and abundant and the atmosphere was wonderful. I would highly recommend Westwoods for an event like this. We were very pleasantly surprised! it was classy and affordable. Who could ask for more? To book this venue, we were required to go through the city "Arvada Events" and expecting typical government bureaucracy. However, we were pleasantly surprised when they responded quickly and conveniently. We are happy, all around. Highly recommended.

Great Sunday Dinner with Relatives, Multiple choices for Dinner Tex/Mex to old fashioned Hamburgers, Salmon, to Chicken Wings and Pizza.

First time visitor. Got there after the lunch rush, so the dining room was very quiet. We asked for a table where we could talk, and they did a great job seating other parties away from us. Service and atmosphere were excellent. Chili Rellenos were THE BEST! I'll be back...

Varied Mexican menu plus old favorites like burgers made this a lovely and tasty evening. Service was very good.

Love the newly renovated Westwoods Bar & Grill. Menu mostly same as before. Views are great with plenty of seating. Breakfast was tasty, and beer battered chili rellenos rock! Large servings - yea! (5-6-2018)

Glad the clubhouse and restaurant are open again.  Had to try out the restaurant.  VERY disappointed in the Table Side Guacamole.  I'm sorry but two avocados and mixings is not worth $25.00.  Will not do that again.  The salmon was good, but nothing to write home about.  :(

Have been a regular for years.. Beautiful location the food is excellent but the service has been terrible the last 2 times we have been there. Very poorly managed!

Good Steak. All the dishes with steak here are good. The table-side guacamole is very good. The house margs are good albeit generic and are often a generous pour. Small bar fills fast, so maybe not the best venue for watching sports. Great patio tables overlooking the driving range and flatirons in the background, and large windows separating the patio from inside give inside diners a decent view from most tables.

Situated in the West Woods golf course clubhouse, this may be one of the best restaurants in west Arvada. Anything with carnitas is fantastic, and Alfonso's nightly specials are usually excellent. In general, the Mexican-based items are better than the burgers and fries. Finally, the service is usually very fast and friendly.
