Liang's Kitchen - Artesia - Photo album

I visited this place twice within couple of weeks. I like this restaurant a lot from my first visit! Their handmade wide noodle dishes are excellent. However, the second time I visited, almost all the dishes we ordered were all too salty. Flavors are there but just too salty.
Called ahead and ordered a spicy lamb hot hot for pick up. I show up and I let the lady at the front register know that I'm picking up a phone order for a spicy lamb hot pot. She give me like typical styrofoam box. I'm confused because this is not what a lamb hot pot is suppose to look like. I ask "
Came here looking to try something a little different and settled on this interesting Northern Chinese/Taiwanese place. They make and pull their noodles by hand and you can definitely taste the quality: the noodles are very, very long and have a wonderful springy, chewy texture. Their lamb soup brot
Its formally known as Liang Ma Ma; however the dishes are totally different now. Right now the dishes has more Mainland China taste. If you like heavy chili oil and flavor; this is great place for you. Price is acceptable, you are looking around 10~15/ person with enough food to stuff you out.
Great beef stew noodle. The beef is well flavored and the thick noodle had a nice chewy texture. The house dry noodles are also quite good but a little salty. We also had the spicy wontons which had a good pork filling, but werent too spicy.
Delicious! I don't know what else to say, but the flavors are pleasant and not too strong. Definitley a place for great Chinese food
Very delicious noodles. The soup is also good. Love it!
Although the food was good, the lady was extremely rude. My bf & I weren’t too hungry so we didn’t order too much food & when we placed our order she rolled her eyes & said “that’s it?” Given that we were the only people there, I feel that she should have appreciated any business they were getting.
