Great food, great coffee and great customer service! Bakers and Baristas is an awesome establishment. It is the only restaurant of this caliber in the South East Los Angeles County.
This is what coffee shops / cafes aspire to be. The coffee itself is high quality and fresh. If you have had good quality small batch coffee, you will immediately recognize that is what's being served at Bakers and Baristas. The pastries are excellent and the food is much better than you would expect , on par with much more expensive and fine dining. Anyone complaining about price should stick to fast food... the prices are very fair considering the quality. You can really tell that they are trying to win customers over with the best coffee and food they can possibly make and I am one very appreciative and satisfied customer because of that.
Bakers and Baristas is The bomb. Everything they make is fresh and flavorful. You have to try the honey lavender latte.. it's amazing. Plus If your craving macaroons late at night they are open till 11pm ππ

Clean, hip, great coffee, variety of desserts to choose from.
It's a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Their coffee is delicious and carefully put together. I tried the dark and stormy, it was something new for me ginger beer and coffee. Somehow it works out. The food is also great the truffle fries had such a delicious level of umami. The croissants are buttery and flaky to perfection. You gotta give this place a try.

Price for a slice of cake seems price at the beginning, but they are truly HUGE. You must grab yours when you have chance.
They are only opened for outdoor dining. They accept cash or card. You order at the counter and the food is brought out to you. There's a selection of baked goods, breakfast and lunch items. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. If there is a wait time for the food to come out, the server will let you know.
This is a review of the breakfast food options. Biscuits and gravy not worth it for my money. Biscuit is very tasty, but at the of the day it's just overpriced. The Jimbo's burrito however, awesome!!! Eggs are soft and fluffy, potato is seasoned(rarely done for some reason), and avocado mash pushes it over the top. Salsa isn't half bad either but they could improve a little there. Overall fantastic burrito option. Even though not cheap, that I felt was worth it because of the flavor.
I found this local gam on my way from work and was looking for a coffee shop to unwind with a friend. I am glad we found this place! The lavender honey latte is really good! The sweetness was light and there is a well balance of all the flavors. There are plenty of tables inside and outdoors for your preference. The customer service here is great and they are really helpful in describing each of there drinks and eateries. Would recommend if you're around the area. Plus side - plenty of parking here.

Man oh man does Bakers & Baristas deliver on their desserts! I've been here many times (pre-covid and during covid) and nothing has changed. Their cakes are still delicious and they continue to bring new, tasty seasonal flavors every here and now. My favorite, all-time, go-to flavor has to be their matcha mousse cake! The combination of matcha and that thick, crunchy oreo base makes for a perfect combination of texture and flavor in your mouth. I highly recommend you get that!
I tried their Pumpkin Cookie Butter cake recently and it was pretty good too. It was definitely hitting my holiday spirit taste buds while also delivering their take on a classic seasonal flavors. Their Milk & Cereal cake and Hazelnut Cake is also pretty good. I'd probably rank their Milk & Cereal as the second best cake on the menu but don't sleep on the crunchy goodness of their Hazelnut Cake!
