Yet another disappointment. This store WILL NOT TAKE COUPONS. Says so right on the front door. Watched another family walk up and turn away after seeing this. Why is this Subway special enough that they won't honor coupons from the franchise? I won't be returning. You're losing customers because of this policy.

this is the 1st negative review I have ever written. I ordered online, paid extra for Gatorade, paid for 4 cookies. Got there, and no Gatorade, and I get one diet coke for the extra dollar I paid for the Gatorade and for the 4 cookies. There are people in the store, and I'm not going to start an argument. But I was disgusted and angry that the manager wanted to be so cheap as to so obviously cheat paying customers. What else is she doing to pad her books? I don't trust the service or their standards.

My boyfriend and I recently visited this Subway. We usually go to one closer to our house, but I believe we will be driving the extra distance for this one now!! The OWNER of the store was working behind the counter, took our orders, and made our sandwiches. He was very friendly and personable and actually carried on a conversation with us. We really appreciated seeing that kind of effort from the owner. Our food was also perfect, just what we ordered.

Awesome experience here! Walked in and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive! The guy at the counter made me one of the best wraps I’ve gotten at any subway location. He even suggested some ingredients that we very tasty! I was in and out quicker than I ever thought possible too. Go here and get your grub on!!! 🤘🏻

As of after June+ 2019. These employees are terrible! It's the worst subway I've ever been to. One on my worst fast food experiences ever. Two years ago this location was awesome. It was the most friendly place I've been in ages. It was obvious sold to new owners who don't give a $hit. I gave them 3 strikes just in case I got some bad apples. Well after three awful tries, they struck out. If you do brave the experience, don't expect any add-ons, because they don't even offer them. I got 3 cucumber slices on a 12 inch sub, and when I asked for more, I was told it would cost extra!

The food was fine, what you expect from Subway. However, the service was not so much. The one person working did not seem to want to be there, behaving in a very brusque manner. Not quite extremely rude, but it's like he was doing is a favor.

This location doesn't close till 10 but at 830, he was already packing up and was visibly upset that he had a customer.
I placed my order online for pickup.
One of my sandwiches was a meatball sub. The cheese was melted on top (not toasted) but the meatballs were cold on the inside leading me to believe he had microwaved cold meatballs.
Also, and this is not his fault, Subway's meatballs are not the same. They are salty and lack flavour.
Due to his unwillingness to follow his posted hours and the way he prepared orders, I will not be back to this location.

I went into this subway this afternoon and none of their employees were wearing masks! I left and went to another subway close by that had a sign on the door saying that masks were required. Please do the responsible thing for your customers. We are in the middle of a pandemic that is sickening and killing people! Scientific research shows this is important to keep people safe, it is that simple. It’s not a big ask, it also a mandate in Lakeland. Show that you care about your customers’ lives in addition to their money!!!
