They are always friendly. Even when faced with an a hole who claimed they were served everyone but him his chicken mushroom dish.
He went to his car and than came back. Sitting down and waiting until they were out of the item. He than complained to the lead about what he claims happened.
He watched them serve others but didn't say anything until it was gone. This was five minutes before closing.
So he started to make demands about what he should be given. Until the line cook said he was going to cook more.
This man still wanted free things. He demanded egg rolls. I was so 😡 mad.
Be human and try not to cheat.

Great food but the wait is usually real high(20-30min) and their cooked food inventory is usually very low hence the wait. Their inventory levels are almost always reactive instead of proactive.

They always have there online ordering off for starters, then they have been very skimpy on servings. It seems like it isn’t always fresh and taste Varys immensely from day to day. If you have to wait for something to get finished, they set your food to the side to get cold and do not replace it even if you ask. I do not recommend this location, get the good stuff from Walmart right next door!

Tried this place today because my son inlaw wanted me to bring some home back to Canada lol
Walked into the place it was clean and staff were friendly. The food was all displayed through a glass case, looked fresh and yummy.
It didn’t disappoint at all, I’d definitely eat there again.

Refused to give me chow mein... said they would only give me white rice. But I could see that they had chow mein being prepared. I would have waited. If I wanted white rice I'd make it myself.

Whilst doing doordash I had no mask on my person or in my vehicle, a shorter Hispanic woman quickly gave me an attitude saying something along on the lines of "I know people like you don't like to wear masks" not sure if that was in regards to my race or appearance, I asked if she could provide which she did, and proceeded to attempt to lecture me while I asked another staff member if the order is ready yet, thankfully he was much less intrusive and helpful.
As I was leaving I disposed of my mask and she threatened that I will not be served the next time I come in.
Normally when asked I put one on when running doordash to ensure I can get the customers food they ordered but her attitude was absolutely rude and unprovoked.

They short you on food considering the prices. The manager yells at her employees if they try to give the customer more upon request. Since they no longer make their own Teriyaki sauce they ONLY give you two little packets. If you ask for more they say no. The employee said "I'll get in trouble if I do or I would". Overall the food is great but not with the price. I'd rather go to the Panda at the Mall.
