As a guy coming from a place famous for noodles and making my own noodles, my standard for noodles is high.
This restaurant is probably the most authentic noodle place I've tried. You can tell the effort they put into the noodles, soup, and ingredients. Even the chilly oil is done right.

Best legit Szechuan food in Arlington (maybe Boston area?). I don't think the noodles travel well, but I've been very happy with everything I've ordered there.
One issue is that online ordering can result in severe backlogs so you might be waiting a long time for your food.
