Beaware of this place. I came here months ago and didn't think about leaving a review until my friend suggested I should. They they gave me a fake 10 dollar bill, I got cash back to take the bus. When I got on the bus the machine said it was a fake bill. I went back the man acted like I wasn't just there 5 minutes ago and the lady working said I was lying...they did not want to pull up the cameras. I said a few words and left the bill there on the counter.

Staff is always incredibly rude. Store is unclean and understocked. Would recommend avoiding at all costs.
Edit: Don't let this automated response convince you the owner takes due diligence

One of the women who works here is so mean and volatile that we avoid it entirely. We tried to scan a rewards code and she glared at us for thirty seconds. There's another one just down the street -- less fear involved

Went into that 7-Eleven to use the ATM machine. I left my direct express debit card in the machine. Went back to get it,and someone took it. I called to report it stolen.

I rarely ever write 1 Star reviews, but this one was soooo deserving. This 7-11? It's is the most unsanitary, unclean, and disgusting store I have ever visited in my 47 years on this Earth! I had meetings nearby since Sunday, and I've been coming into this store to purchase drinks and snacks for the past 3 days. Each and every time I walked into the store, I noticed that their condiments bar for hot dogs and hamburgers had been severely neglected. By neglected I mean, LITERAL TRASH sitting inside of some of the containers, like the onion and pickle containers. I felt like I did the right thing, and I reported this to an older gentleman who appeared to be the Manager. He kept trying to shooo me away and then stated " we do the best that we can". I came back in today about a half hour ago, and the entire condiment section appeared to be in worse condition than yesterday. I couldn't believe that the actual Manager took no action whatsoever to clean up the area where people get toppings to add to their food! ITS RANCID! Just check out the pictures! The are spoons where people put their fingers all over sitting in pickle juice at the bottom of the containers. This.place MUST be reported to the Health Department. You want to catch a bacteria infection or other illness? Then test your luck and use their condiment bar!

I have now been harassed twice in this 7/11. The first time, the guy waited for me to leave so I called my boyfriend to come walk out with me. I have since seen him hanging around the 7/11 many times and saw him chasing a girl down the street once. I refused to go back for several months and finally returned today during the middle of the day and was cornered by another stranger in the door of a beverage refrigerator. He said several inappropriate things to me and was very very close to me. The staff allow this kind of harassment by people who aren’t even purchasing items in the store. Sharing this as a warning. Be careful in this 7/11 or ideally, chose one of the other corner stores nearby. I’ve never had this issue at the other convenience stores within a few blocks.

Writing this as I stand outside in freezing weather.
Daytime is great.
12 am to 3 am the store may be locked, with staff inside, and they will ignore the customer outside and not answer the phone. No sign in the window and no indication of when they will open. Been standing outside for 15 min now.
EDIT: 25 min outside now. It’s cold outside. The employee in the store has seen me standing out here when they refilled their coffee. No acknowledgement of my presence despite looking right at me. No response to knocking on the door or phone calls (I can hear the phone ringing). No hand signs like “5 min” or “Sorry Closed”. They are just sitting in the back of the store on their phone. I just want to grab my snacks and walk home. Another potential customer came and went away disappointed. This is the only late night shop in 1/2 mile. A little communication and courtesy would be nice.
Can barely type this review because my fingers are so cold.
I am never going to forget this experience.

Sign on the door says mask required. Walk in an both employees working Tuesday September 9th at 5:15 AM are not wearing any face covering.I asked when checking out, " So customers have to wear masks but you don't?" He ( 50's white male) " I mean I have one of that makes you feel better?" As I was walking out he said to the next guy in line, who along with the other 8 or so people in the store was wearing a mask, "There's always one"
