Morning staff moves incredibly slow and almost always makes my drink wrong. I had to repeat my order THREE times and it was still wrong. Customer service is horrible. Hana barely speaks and it takes them forever to acknowledge you when you come in. Don’t give them service.
This place is conveniently located and reasonably priced. They do have an abundance of homeless folks hanging around sometimes asking for money or food.

Go to this DD because its the only near my metro. I tend to use the mobile order. Almost every single time one item is left out and I have to remind them that Im waiting on it. Bagels are almost always stale, too. The staff is nice enough, just wish they were a little more careful
