I ordered a banana split via Uber eats and this is what they sent me! UNBELIEVABLE! I spent 21.46 on a quart of ice cream and when I called they said mailbox was full. I was so Appalled and hot as fish grease!!!

I arrived at Dunkin' donuts there was only one person working a very nice young lady on the day of August 15th around 12:00 p.m. she was extremely rushed with customers and still found the second to spare to assist me with a free donut via a app download that I could not access properly she showed me very much kindness with a smile and did not let the overwhelming customers change her attitude concerning her customer care
People like she are very appreciated in today's times congrats to Dunkin' donuts on Sunday August 15th 2021 and the young lady with her beautiful smile
Sincerely, a thankful guest

One of the most incompetent ice cream places on the planet. Only 1 scoop but 2 scoopers. I don't believe they were trained properly. Then while I was waiting for my son's layered sundae to be made by someone who was clueless on how to make it, the cashier started ringing up the family behind us while my wife and I already had our ice cream. Really bad. Then another family came in, wanted hot fudge sundaes and they were out of hot fudge. The family simply walked out. We should have too.

Finally a Dunkin donuts shop in clarendon. It's a new shop in the corner lot. It's small with a few tables and chairs. Combined with Baskin You can get a coffee and an ice cream and a donut all at the same time. Seemed quite and the staff was friendly. I ordered a regular coffee with cream and sugar, hard to mess it up. I'd go back again and it's convenient so that doesn't hurt either

Staff is very smiley but just kind of stares at you. When i was there they seemed unable to speak English or Spanish (which are the by far and away most commonly spoken language in this area, followed a distant second) making order a interesting and impossible game of charades. On top of having very few flavors, double up ice cream wells, and all of the flavors being super similar, they leave empty ice cream buckets in the wells so it looks like they have more than they do, and then they try to bait and switch you.
I don't put the fault on the young girls working there. They are just trying to earn a living while learning the language, good on them; this is a management problem. You need a shift supervisor who can at least speak with your customers and you need to keep your stocks supplied (they didnt even have any waffle cones or half of the items on the menu). You shouldn't be out of chocolate, mint chocolate chip, and vanilla, leaving only a coffee and sorbets derivations, at noon on a sunday, during the middle of the summer

I hope this was a one off experience, but the staff in this location tonight were horrendously undertrained. They did not seem to know how to make basic menu items and were completely flustered when I ordered a layered sundae. It took about 20 minutes until I received my order, albeit without hot fudge. Several customers who came in after us left without even ordering.

it was terrific, literally the costumer service was terrible. My friends wife got hit by the cashier and I got a scratch on my face and the cashier, he started to attack me but I managed to defend my self we called the police and now I am banned from dunkin donats for about 3 years and I was only trying to protect my friend and myself I hope they fire the cashier. Worst feeling ever

It's a Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins...most of their business is on the Dunkin'Donuts side. Gets predictably busy on weekday mornings. Cashiers are always friendly. And I love your music selection; it's always upbeat!! đ
