Been goin the last few mornings ALWAYS order same thing 2 SAUSAGE BREAKFAST JACKS and always get ham in it. BELI was very rude! To the point where I was about to cancel my order ! She definitely doesn't need to run register if she's going to have an attitude towards her customers!!

There was NO cinnamon & sugar on them...not even in the corner of the bag...very disappointed...I basically had fried donut. dough...I forgot to ask for my receipt so I couldnt even call them or go back 3 hours later.

Just went through the drive thru. After waiting in line forever, got our food, when we got home and opened it up it was wrong!!! I should have known better than to drive away without checking every single item!!! Not happy!!!

This is one of the better Jack in the Box locations. I have never had an order messed up or missing at this location. Also, this location is the only one it seems that knows how to make the iced mocha. Every other location around the area doesn't taste that good and the flavor is always inconsistent

Had to wait a little bit in drive thru. Food was warm and fresh.

Usually enjoy the variety of JITB. Went through the drive through and I wished I would have checked the order. Was missing an entire order and I did pay for it. Didn't bother calling. The only real complaint about the food itself is you could tell the fryer grease was really in need of changing out.
