I’ve been going to this 7-11 for years and so has my family. They are always polite and knowledgeable, and once you go there a few times they know you. The older gentleman has fine English, I never have trouble understanding them. I don’t understand saying you can’t understand them, unless that was a long time ago? I give this 7-1 two thumbs up and they always recognize my daughter even with a mask on and are so nice to her( she’s not a child).

The lady that helped me tonight (3/23/22) I asked for $30 for pump 2 and somehow, she managed to charge $117. How?? And when I called for her to change it, she said that she couldn't help me. What kind of service is that?? Find a better gas station. This was a horrible experience!

On Monday night, I went to pump my gas at this 7/11 I paid for $40 worth of gas however absentmindedly left once it had hit 20 dollars. Some time later in the night, I remembered that I had forgotten my other 20 dollars and drove back. To my surprise, at my arrival the worker that was working the night shift had already printed the receipt and placed my other 20 dollars aside. It warmed my heart to see such a caring worker, I even bought fresh hot coffee that he had made as well. I will be coming back any time I need gas because of this worker’s honesty and kindness.

The older owner hardly speaks English. He closed the early in the evening saying something about electricity, but everything was fine. If it is dark outside, he won't make pizza, the soda dispenser is always out of lots of flavors, and he ignores customers. A lot. And he wont answer the help button at the pumps. One time I stood at the register for a good 5-10 minutes solid while he spoke to his adult son about customer service, (how ironic), who also didn't help me.
Another time, I asked for pizza (they just heat it up, it takes 2 minutes.) he refused and just said, "all done". Confused, I asked him again. He again refused to which I told him I was going to stop coming. All he said was have a nice night.
I used to come in here everyday for snacks and drinks, but the customer service is getting worse and worse. As a business owner myself, I refuse to give any money to people like that who cannot give 2 minutes of simple customer service consistently.
You own a business dude, take ownership of it and treat your customers better.

Today my daughter and I rescued two dogs that we're in the middle of highway 360 and Abrams all traffic was stopped I got out and put these dogs in my car . My daughter and I were heading to go bowling we never made it but the two employees at this location between 2-4 pm on this day went above and beyond trying to help us place these dogs . The 911 operators would not help no SPCA no human society all shelters we're closed due to Sunday man's best friend could not help no veterinary could help not even fire department. After two hours good Samaritans help to house the dofdfor the night God bless the employees at the gas station too

The man that worked the overnight shift on Sunday was very kind and respectful towards me. He was very friendly and a great employee, definitely a nice addition to this store, will definitely be coming here more often.
